The food and service we’re both good, however I was disappointed to learn than they are in the process of turning into a MGM Grand location. All of the rock ‘n roll memorabilia is gone.

Had lunch here today and it was bittersweet. Sad to see the change from Hard Rock to MGM. There wasn’t any memorabilia on the walls. It just looked empty. But the food was good as always. Got the Original Cleveland burger with the Artisan Fries. The fries were amazing. They came with a dip. Yum!! My daughter had the pulled pork sandwich with onion rings. So good too! So just wanted to stop one more time. Went to many concerts here. Hope the MGM does as well too.

I liked the game’s it was kept very clean the restroom was clean smelling. Food and drinks were very good. I had a good time there. Free parking handicap accessible .I was here 2 or 3 weeks ago to see A Tribute to Queen concert my friend Sherry and my daughter surprised me and went it was great

So some friends and I went to Cleveland for a weekend trip to see Fallout Boy in concert. Aside from the concert, we planned our trip around going to the Hard Rock Cafe as we do not have one back home. We made a reservation for 8pm thinking everything was alright. Keep in mind we are all 18 year old college students. We get to the venue and it’s a casino with the cafe in the back of the casino. No big deal, we thought. We go in and say that we have a reservation in the cafe. Little did we know that you have to be 21 to even get into the cafe because you have to walk through the casino. So instead of when we called and the host maybe asking my age, we wasted a lot of time and gas driving to the middle of nowhere to end up not being able to even eat. Either the hosts need to start checking ages or an entrance to just the restaurant needs to be built from the outside so they don’t alienate a whole group of people who thoroughly enjoy food. Ended up going to a local Outback to redeem the trip.

Please don’t waste your money on the steakhouse. You have been warned. Overpriced for mediocre flavorless cuts AT BEST. Our server (who I will not name) was pretentious and condescending. Jenn (the manager) was the only thing that made the experience manageable. Wine selection was decent. The only salad was served buffet style like cavemen. Bread was fantastic.

Should state in large print that the only entrance to the cafe is through the casino. My daughter-in-law, who is obviously handicapped along with her 2 children, ages 10 and 14 and myself arrived and asked the security guard (who was very friendly) if there was another way into the cafe (because I know children cannot even walk through the casino) He apologized and said unfortunately there is not. As we continued to have a short conversation with him 2 other guards started to surround us like we were going to cause problems. I looked at my daughter in law and we both we thinking the same thing so we abruptly ended our conversation with the friendly guard and left. Not sure what they thought an old woman with a handicapped woman and 2 children were going to do against a 6’6″ 250Lb guard but we were made to feel very uncomfortable. As we walked out another patron asked “what was that all about?” We laughed and said apparently we looked like trouble makers. She said how ridiculous. Sad the world has come to this. Can’t even spend time at an American icon.

Good food. Good promotions. Good rock music videos . Friendly servers. I’m sad to hear it’s closing and changing to a sports bar. I hope you open another Hard Rock Cafe somewhere in north east Ohio so we can still have one here.

We drove over from the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. It was a 30 minute drive. Get there and it was a 30-40 minute wait for a table. Fine that’s understandable, but then it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. We only ordered burgers definitely doesn’t take that long. Staff was very monotone. Food was pretty good, nothing memorable. A tad pricy. Not worth the 30 minutes out of my way that’s for sure.
