Had great dinner all by myself after hard work in Nogales, Mexico. My coworker mentioned this place so I finally madr it today.
It was a good decision – food was great and the owner (I believe) was a real gentleman. Steak was well cooked and the sides were not heavy at all. Especially the sauces – who needs steak sauce.
Speaking of the sauce, the entrée bread and whatever the thing were fantastic. Should’ve asked what it is..
But anyway, I still can’t believe that I had these all by myself, but if I come to Nogales again, I’m definitely going there again.
And thanks for the extra drink as take out. That was really nice of you.

My wife and I were staying at the Maricopa and the Caracas Latin Steak House is located with an entrance off the lobby of hotel.
The place has many recent 5 star reviews and the food looks great so we decided to celebrate our anniversary with a nice sit down meal.
Everything we ordered we shared and it was wonderful. Great service also.

Great meal and overall experience. Antonio was our waiter and suggested great choices and options for us. Wonderful live music too. We tried many things on the menu including soup salad appetizers entrees and desert as well as fabulous margaritas and with tip we barely spent 100$$ per person. First time for us and we will definitely be back.

Very cute little restaurant located within a hotel. It would be perfect for a 1st date. The booths are very comfortable. The tables have adorable little touch lamps to add to the ambiance. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet. I wouldn’t say it’s exactly kid friendly but they welcomed my kids and my kids ate a side of Mac and cheese (which is HUGE) and a side of fries. My husband ordered the steak and I ordered the Salmon. Both were pretty amazing. We also shared a slice of apple pie with a scope of ice cream. All the food was excellent. Our server was also perfectly on time when we needed him, didn’t disappear nor did he hover. We definitely plan to visit again.

What a treat in Nogales. Our steaks; prime rib, filet mignon, and rib eye were all excellent and prepared perfectly. The queso fundido with shrimp was spicy and a great proportion for 4 of us. We enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service was excellent. We hope to return soon if even just for drinks.

Beautiful and delicious restaurant. The service was excellent, the food delicious, atmosphere was calm and soothing. No more going to Tucson for a nice place to get together. We finally have one here. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent food and good service from Vivian. It would have 5 stars if I wasn’t overwhelmed with cleaning smells upon entering. I want to smell yummy food not chemicals that make me lose my appetite. The first time I tried to eat there I had to do a 180. This was the second try and they opened a door to reduce the odor. I mentioned perhaps cleaning after hours instead of at the start of lunch time. I might go back for the filet mignon. It’s spelled Caracu and pronounced cah-rah-COO.

I really like this restaurant…it’s easy to get to, there’s almost no wait, and the staff is amazing! We always get the pork belly here, which is cooked to perfection, the scallops, and a wedge salad.
The atmosphere is good, and it tends to be quieter, which is what we like.
