My experiences is based on dine out order online.
I kept it simple and food got the job done.
I ate the cauliflower appetizer with a burger and sliders. Fair prices. When I picked up orders, waiters were nice.
Based on how the restaurant looks inside (like a club), you are shorting your full experience by not dining in during evening hours.
If ordering take- out, order directly from we skate and not 3rd party app as it’s more expensive. Overall I’d recommend trying and atleast experiencing dining in person

So many good things! The food,the scenery, the service, everything was perfect. And to top it off the prices were great! For the amount of food I was impressed. The chicken and waffles were incredible the chicken had a great flavor. They had SO MANY places to take pictures. The vibe was definitely giving. Food is good. Service a tad slow due to staffing. Music was fun with a mix of jazz with r&b. Prices are high from what everyone else mentioned (going to the band/cover fee). Overall the Murfreesboro location is much better than the Nashville location in my opinion.

Oh my gosh, this was FANTASTIC! The food was delicious, the service was spot on, and the atmosphere was unique and entertaining. Locally owned and operated. Our family’s new go-to restaurant. Pic is of lamb chops. Not a great picture, but the food was GREAT!

Second time going to Soul
Everything i ordered had an extra touch of salt . Mainly , I went for vibe the decor , my daughter ordered salmon plate and once received the mash pototoes and broccoli was cold / I ordered the lamb chops little too salty for a plat of $32 . The service of course could be better and the food. I ordered a cheesecake slice $8 it came apart server or the young lady could have asked if we wanted spoons?
The location has a lot of potential . I was charged a music fee $17.99 for the entertainment . It would have been nice if I was told prior . Not sure if I will be back. Good luck!!! No kids menu!! FYI!!

I ordered chicken and waffle but got home with my to go order and open my food to see chicken strips had been cooked in old grease as well as possibly fish grease because I’ve never seen regular chicken strips with white speckles on the crust like fish batter. They also had a spicy taste and I don’t know why.The waffles were not good taste more like frozen box waffles from grocery store. My daughter had the catfish plate and her fish was just as dark as my chicken strips. Overall I will not be going back very dissatisfied.

I originally came here for hot chicken week 24, but everything changed once I stepped in. This place is an entire vibe. Great music, lively atmosphere, grass walls with the neon signs. I highly recommend getting the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. The drinks were flavorful. Lobster ravioli is a must try and the oxtails were enough for me to eat until satisfaction and still have leftovers. I’ve never been to a restaurant and decided immediately that this is going to be my spot ..well this is going to be my spot. I now have to try everything available on the menu.

I Love This Place! I had the Ox Tails, Rice, Mashed Potatoes, and Cabbage. It all looked and tasted delicious!
The decor was magical and uplifting. Most definitely my favorite part of the experience.
Our server Amari was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were good. The short haired girl Nichole really made us feel welcomed!

If I could give zero stars, I would. MK was our server, she was sweet and attentive. The atmosphere was a cute vibe. Food? I had nothing but a 1/2 glass of a fountain soda! The server asked myself & my family if we were ready to order about five times and since this was our first experience, we wanted to look over the menu. We ordered bang bang shrimp and the spinach dip for appetizers. Again, I ordered a fountain drink. My husband ordered an Arnold Palmer (iced tea & lemonade mix), my son ordered a mango margarita and my daughter an amaretto sour. All of which we never received because we were told they had no iced tea. The bang bang shrimp camp out overcooked (fried extra hard) with the sauce drizzled over them & only two were eaten. I went ahead to place my entree order: catfish, mac & cheese and cabbage. I was told they only had the catfish. At that point we decided to leave and the server, doing her job asked if we wanted one check or two. At that point, I asked for a manager (that never came out) but I was greeted by a “lead”. I expressed my concerns and we left without being charged. Highly disappointed because I heard good things about this establishment. One & done for me.
