Quesadilla cheese wasn’t even melted
Nacho crunch burrito was still cold
Steak potato griller was falling apart (pictured)
Chicken potato grillers were missing ingredients and ratio of what was in them was way off.
No napkins in the bag for the mess of food they made.
And Potato Oles, how can those be messed up, overcooked until they were nothing but cruch with no flavor or substance.

Just like any other fast food joint it has it’s good and bad days. The problem I have with this specific location is they open at 7am which to me is ridiculous I live in cheyenne,wy every location opens at 6am there. Even the newly added Wendy’s is open at 6am. I was here today trying to time it just right going in but I’m a fast pace person I go all the way from the back of the truck lot to the bathroom by Wendy’s do my thing go back to the convenience store buy something to drink and end up just leaving because I still had about 5 mins left before they opened and I have basically the same stuff Wendy’s has in my truck for breakfast. I hate awkwardly standing around for food places to open up especially when it’s a place that opens at 6am almost anywhere else. The loves in Sidney,NE has a Taco John’s opened 24hrs a day and it’s probably about the same size town.

First time hear staff was helpful asked what was good and he told me get the #9 burritos and was very good quesadilla had real steak unlike Taco Bell steak. got soft taco as well it’s ok. good great fast service . Different taste then Taco Bell to me and I choose Taco Johns I’ve Taco Bell. I would stop again next time thru the area.

Rude customer service, food was disgusting, cold burrito, salsa wasn’t fresh, tomatoes were awful, potatoes nasty. Never coming back, was hungry and didn’t have another option if you are in the area go to loves a couple miles west to Chester’s it’s fresh and tasty.

This has got to be the worst taco franchise in the world. I ordered two burritos @ $3.20 each. I get a small smeared terd as the filling. I added the terd from the other shell into it to try and fatten it up with no success. Got it to just a little thicker than my thump.

I have stopped here many times and the last time will be my last. The only thing good was the shell. Very little meat, lettuce was old and very little cheese. It didn’t even taste like a taco salad. It was half full, with mostly lettuce. I can only hope you close your doors.

1 st time and wow, what a dump as for fast food. Taco is way better, at least cleaner.. Tried 1 beef taco, ok. Tried nachos ok. Tried 3 shrimp and mango . Shrimp ok but dumped everything else. Not even a hint of mango. Just a general onions, . The guy grabbed a hand full squeezed the juice out and dumped in on my taco. The amount of filth on the food prep trays was amazing, and then they dragged it across to the wrapper. Dump ! Friendly staff ! Let’s see if I get Old outdated everything here.

Speedy service and good food. The drink could’ve tasted fresher but the employees were nice and all wore their masks like they were supposed too. They call your name and you pick the food off the counter yourself which I liked. Check out the cool vehicles on poles and the Pie Cafe while your here. It’s all in the same place. Plenty of parking. You can also buy souvenirs and play games inside.

BEWARE!! Ordered a taco salad to go. Got home and opened it and it was a broken shell, a little lettuce and a ton of disgusting BLACK BEANS. I hate black beans, which is why I didn’t order them. I immediately called the manager of the restaurant and he refused to refund my money. REFUSED!! I told him I was returning the mess and he said it wouldn’t matter, they do NOT offer refunds. Outrageous. Fortunately, I used my Visa debit card for purchase and they cover all purchases against such problems. We as consumers must be vigilant against such fraudulent vendors and use reviews such as google to alert the public to establishments such as this Taco Johns. ALWAYS check your order before you walk away from that counter or you too, could be caught up in the bad business practices of unscrupulous businesses.
