Wife and I stopped in to kill some time while our kids were skating. We found this place through Google while searching for local eats and drinks.
When we arrived, it was very quiet—only two other patrons. The bartender greeted us right away, which was appreciated. The parking lot felt a little sketchy, with a lot of foot traffic coming from the convenience store and vape shop next door, but we decided to give it a shot.
We ordered two drinks and an appetizer (Backyard Fries). The bartender recommended them, saying they were his favorite. Unfortunately, they were terrible. The fries were either freezer burned or severely overcooked—so hard we couldn’t even get a fork into them.
When the bartender came back, we explained the issue and asked to have them removed from the bill, which they did without any pushback. Since we were on a time limit, we didn’t want to wait for another round. However, they accidentally made the fries again and comped them for us. Sadly, the second batch was exactly the same.
To the bartender’s credit, she tried one herself and immediately agreed something was wrong and that they shouldn’t taste like that, which made us feel better knowing it wasn’t just us.
We finished our drinks, paid the bill, and left. While the staff handled the situation professionally, the overall experience wasn’t enough for us to want to return.

The food will surprise you! Varied menu with great prime rib, BBQ and soups. All made fresh. They care about the quality of their ingredients. The beer menu is huge! Not a fancy place. Come as you are. Great service! Usually not crowded at lunch.

Stopped by here today for the first time to watch some football. Had the pit smoked wings. They were the best wings I’ve ever had!! They were crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The dry rub was sweet and spicy, the alabama white sauce was made perfectly! We also got the fig steak sandwich and the steak French dip sandwich, fries, and baked beans. Everything was delicious, hot, and delivered quickly. They had close to 30 draft beers. Amazing selection. The service was 10 out of 10. Clean, lots of tvs, pool tables, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back soon!

Was in the area and stopped in for a quick bite. Service was fantastic, the woman behind the bar was the most pleasant person I’ve interacted with all week and clearly loved her job. For coming at 2 PM you wouldn’t expect a good atmosphere but the music was great, any the few people there seemed to be having a great time.
Chili was solid. Nothing crazy. Cuban was good but not a traditional Reuben with the pressed bread. Filling and tasty regardless!

Stopped here late on a Sunday night and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and awesome. Service was quick, and the food was GREAT, especially the french dip sandwich. They have a great selection of craft beer as well. I’m not sure why but the food at this location seemed better than the food at the Ashley Phosphate location, which we also like.

If you’re a POC don’t go here you will be treated like trash. I was denied service at 1:10am when I was trying to get a drink. I don’t know how the bartender has kept a job so long she discriminates on every person of color looks down on them. I even mentioned that I was a fellow bartender and was treated so poorly. This review isn’t a reflection of the company just this location in particular. I’ve never been unjustifiably treated like trash in an establishment countless times. It’s sad I’m also a bartender and would never treat anyone like this. Save your money it’s not worth it. Don’t believe me walk in for yourself and experience the wonders this place has to offer

Badass selection of some REALLY good beers… not really a stout guy but she made me a believer in that chocolate stout. Poutine fries are a MUST. I had to take some to go they were so damn good lol especially after a few flights
