My wife surprised me when she suggested Tucker’s Onion Burgers for lunch. Honestly, that caught me off guard — our last visit about four years ago didn’t leave much of an impression. But as they say… never say never. So back we went.
We arrived around 1:15 PM and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Ordering was easy, and the counter rep, Abby, was friendly and welcoming right from the start. My wife and I ordered similar burgers with different toppings, and since it had been so long, we asked about onion rings — only to learn they’re not on the menu. No problem. We ordered a regular fry and split it.
One thing Tucker’s does really well is customization. Your burger is made exactly how you order it, and the details are written right on the bag — which means if you forget something, that’s on you. And yes… I forgot mustard. Totally my mistake.
I decided to try the Shake of the Month — Vanilla Cherry — and when my order was called, I realized the shake hadn’t come out yet. Abby quickly helped, and before I even settled back in at the table after grabbing mustard from the condiment counter, the shake was delivered. Great recovery and attention.
Now the important part — the burger.
It was outstanding. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and honestly a completely different experience from our previous visit. I found myself telling my wife how impressed I was with the quality and flavor.
That’s when Eli, the acting manager, stopped by to check on us. What started as a quick check-in turned into a genuine conversation. We shared that it had been years since our last visit but that this meal completely changed our perception. Eli thanked us sincerely for giving Tucker’s another chance, and you could tell he truly cared about the customer experience.
In just a few minutes, that interaction turned into a connection — the kind of hospitality that keeps people coming back. Eli asked if we’d consider leaving a review, and I told him absolutely. When good food is paired with great service, that deserves recognition.
Eli mentioned he was filling in as manager, but I can say this — wherever he manages, that location will benefit. His focus on customer satisfaction and genuine engagement stood out.
We left knowing we had one heck of a lunch — and sometimes the best meals really are just a great burger done right.
Thanks again to Abby for the friendly service and Eli for restoring our faith in Tucker’s. We’ll definitely be back.

Went here on a whim when visiting from out of state. EXCELLENT choice. Burgers are fantastic, and they even have a turkey burger AND IT TASTES GREAT!!! Fry portions are enough to feed 2 easily. Atmosphere is on point as are the employees-very friendly and helpful. Even the bathroom in this place is worthy of the 5 stars. Absolutely suggest eating here. It isn’t as cheap as some other places, but most other places don’t hold a candle to Tucker’s. Easy 5 stars.

I got a cheeseburger, fries, side of ranch, and a drink. The burger was absolutely delicious and the best part of the meal. If I’m craving a burger, I’ll definitely be coming back.
However, paying almost $18 for this meal — I wish the fries were crispier and had even just the slightest bit of seasoning. Too bland.
The ranch and soft drink were good. Was debating on giving this a 3/5. However, the restaurant was VERY clean. Staff attentive and friendly/nice. So I gave it a 4/5

I can’t believe it took 16 minutes to make an order of two burgers. The burger itself was fine-it tastes like what you’d expect from any fast-casual restaurant, though it’s a bit more expensive. I’ll probably try a different location next time, since after reading the reviews, this one seems especially slow. It likely comes down to understaffing; I’ve worked in fast-casual before, and that’s usually the issue, and it definitely looked that way here. I wouldn’t come here if you’re coming for lunch and ur working.

If your lookin for a good onion burger and fries they do it every time, you can call your order in ahead and pick up at the drive-thru window i didnt get a great picture and it was to-go so i took it when i got home but it was amazing regardless the look ! They have a kid onion burger and fries too, i get the onion burger with bacon cheese onion tomato lettuce mustard you can also add jalapeños if you like it spicy.. #updated with new pics and also tried the double burger soo good still haven’t ate inside always to-go always good!

This time we got so much more from Sarah, she was engaging, attentive and she came outside to bring my order to the car…GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!!
