I was able to finally use the app properly to do my order! I added some toppings to the specialty pizzas I ordered and both pizzas were missing one topping that I paid for on each. I didnt notice this until I got home and was unwrapping them about 40 mins after pickup. I called the store I ordered from and the manager on duty answered. I told him what happened and looked up my order. He offered to either have me bring them back to remake them or he would refund me for the whole order. I told him a refund for the items I was missing was enough, he didnt have to do the full order. He insisted. It was very kind and unexpected, so thank you to your manager and this location. I will always come to this Papa Murphys going forward!

I misspoke and said I called in the order. I had used my computer I was not scorned for using the wrong term and directed to the spot where my Pizza was waiting. At 75 years of age I get the you are sooo dumb look occasionally Did not happen at this store.

I ALWAYS LOVE the Papa Murphy’s take & bake… The thin IS Great But Leave w/a hand-tossed sometime… It’s worth it 100%.. OH… DONT be some ‘KNOW IT ALL’ about the cooking Temps & Time to leave it in the oven… PREHEAT … THEN. put it in… CHECK the edges Till a Golden Tan..(and yes, leave it on the TRAY/PLATE they send you With the Pizza WHILE IT COOKS .. ULL LOVE IT.. Alfredo IS my favorite … THIS one is some sort of Margarita Chicken Pesto..
