the place looked like a tornado ripped through the lobby (and that’s being generous and putting it lightly). all seating was ripped up and trash was piled up in lobby. workers were extremely rude and did not honor any of the subway deals. charged us for an extra sandwich. new management sucks; perfect example of a health department nightmare. tried to go to the bathroom to realize there was painters tape draped across the always and the tile flooring was ripped up and the lady said “no we have no bathroom” and smiled. disgusting.

I stopped going to this Subway after I realized it was under new management. The people who work there do not speak English and they will mess your order up. I believe they’re all related as well. I’ve gotten word that the guy who owned this subway fired the old people and hired all of his people to work at this location, including the locations in Dumas & McGehee. They have the food bar covered up to where you cant see the meats now too. Very shady. I would absolutely NOT recommend going here if I were anyone reading this. The new management needs to come back. These people are shady.

This place is nasty. All the furniture moved to one side. All dirty and covered with food. When I complained they just stood there because they don’t speak English. Do not eat at this place!! They are also running a day care in the back.

As far as subway goes, this one in Lake Village was awesome. We had a group of 9,and one VERY picky eater. The employees were super friendly, and quick. They were nice and helpful, and all the sandwiches, and one protien bowl were all really good. Exceeded expectations

They send coupons to Lake Village residents but don’t honor them. Sandwiches have barely any meat, staff don’t speak English, and if you want bread without discounts, this is the place to shop.

I have never seen a wrap folded like this but the two lovely ladies working tonight put together a masterpiece. We have been on the road for 10 hours and we were starving. They hooked us up! Food was fresh and service was good.
