Won’t be going here again anytime soon. Found hair in my salad and then again in my bacon cheese fries after I had left the store.
Service was extremely slow and the lady at the counter had no clue what food belonged to which order. None of the employees in the store had the knowledge to give me a refund for my food so now I just have to hope it gets done.

Took an hour and a half to get one pizza and when it got here it was ice cold. Overpriced. $45 freaking dollars for 1 big daddy and it’s cold when it gets here 90 minutes later. Done with Fox’s.

You need to stop hiring inexperienced high school kids. I ordered through doordash today and waited an hour before calling to see where my order was, I figured it may be late due to being busy since it’s the evening. I call and I’m told that the order was delivered, and that their delivery driver is usually really good about finding the location. I said how I don’t have an order on my porch but I’ll go see if it’s on my neighbor’s porch. We walk up and down the street, no order, so I call again just to be told again that the order was delivered. It was delivered behind my house, to a completely different house, and we’re lucky to have found it an hour and a half after ordering it. I understand our gps takes people to the garage, but a simple phone call could have prevented this from happening.

Super awesome food,I’m truck driver an camped out in Bedford PA an called this place an wasn’t sure what to get so just ordered little bit of everything An turns out it is all awesome! An price was very fair,an a sweet lady delivered it right to my truck out on the 76 turnpike! So I will say with assurance if your in or around Bedford PA an look in for some good food just call Fox’s pizza den an you won’t be disappointed, next time I’m passin through I know I will be eatin here again an so should you!

Was delivered the wrong pie was given confetti pie instead of brownie pie and they forgot my 2 liter soda and had to bring it back to me my total was 32 and some change and the delivery guy only gave me 4 dollars back. And kept the rest for himself. I do not recommend ordering from here. I mean unless you want your order wrong go ahead..

Ate there for the first time yesterday. The employees were very nice and explained what the best sellers are. Got a medium pep pizza and cheesy breadsticks and it’s a good price too and very good food! And fast service said 20 minutes and it was done within 15 min. 10/10 recommend

The food is great, when they decide it’s worth taking your order!!! My husband called to order food this evening at 7:15 p.m., 45 minutes prior to their closing time. A woman answered and my husband said that he wanted 2 large pizza’s for pick up. The lady proceeded to disconnect the call and then as he tried to call back every few minutes, they refused to answer the phone the whole way until their closing time of 8:00 p.m. Never in our lives have we been treated in such a disrespectful manner by a company we have frequented since they opened in our area. They lost loyal customers tonight!

Ordered in person and was told 15-20 minutes until it would be ready. Left and came back about 18 minutes later. Was told it wasn’t quite ready yet. An employee left with a delivery order and returned while I was still waiting. I recognized at least an additional 5 employees walking around in the back. 45 minutes after I placed my order, my food was finally ready. I suspect my food wasn’t even made when I came back to pick it up in the first place. The customer service tonight was ridiculously poor.
