Paid $5.25 for 8 sips. This is a joke. Both of my drinks weren’t even full. On top of that I waited several minutes at the drive thru window with absolutely no greeting. Then they couldn’t even hand me my drink, I had to lean out of my car to reach for it. Thanks but no thanks.

I work several days a week here lately and the staff is very welcoming. It is not the closest location to me but the overall quality of service here and their attention to detail played a huge part in making this my go to store of choice. This past week I met the new manager as well and he was extremely kind/attentive also. I look forward to keep coming here in the future.

The sound of chairs being dragged across the floor in Starbucks, rather than being lifted, is a frequently reported issue that contributes to a noisy and often unpleasant café environment. Many customers describe the noise as a “piercing” screech similar to fingernails on a chalkboard. This behavior is often highlighted as a lack of awareness or a symptom of prioritizing “easy” over thoughtful, quiet movement.

I approached Shift Leader Emma (who was dragging the chairs and making a distracting noise) to suggest an alternative way of doing it aimed at improving customer experience. Rather than discussing the suggestion, Emma responded defensively and immediately complained to colleagues about the feedback. Her inability to accept constructive criticism and her choice to create drama with other staff demonstrate a need for growth in professional maturity.

Teaching younger generations to respect elders is not just about manners; it’s about fostering a compassionate community.

Unfortunately, her actions have undermined the entire store’s efforts to provide a great experience for our customers.

This Starbucks has a nice wide-open interior, and some comfortable lounge chairs off to one side. Nice shop to visit if you prefer open interiors. Traffic can be a little bit weird because of how the drive-thru is positioned, but so far I’ve never had any real trouble finding a parking spot.

Had Starbucks this morning in Rancho Santa Margarita. The customer service was amazing. My wife had a cappuccino and I had a café misto with a ham&cheese croissant. The ambiance was positive and this location is very popular with the locals.
Highly recommended.

Previous visit
Ordered two iced teas and a cappuccino for a to go order. The drinks were perfect and service was great. This location has a roomy seating area and positive ambiance. Highly recommended.

Walk-in service is horrible. Ordered a singular pumpkin cold foam cold brew and waited 15 minutes. Inside was not busy at all. Not to mention when my drink was finally ready, they didn’t even call out my name, so I had no idea until I got tired of waiting and checked the counter myself.

I did not know this, but apparently if you order in-person they serve your drink in a glass or mug as standard, but I wanted my order in the normal plastic cup like everywhere else. I asked for my drink to-go, which of course ruined the cold foam but at that point I just wanted to leave and didn’t want to risk waiting another 15 minutes.

I’d recommend another location or ordering in the drive-thru in the future. Inside sucks.

The place is very clean . Lots of seating inside and outside. Great for small work meetings. The staff is great and willing to help in making decisions or remaking your drink if you don’t like it. Very polite. And I love the type of people that hangout there. All professionals, study groups, and tutoring too. Everyone is busy with positive energy.

This seems to be the last Starbucks that customer service and store appearances matter. My favorite barista? Jordan? That kid is smiling behind the counter and the mop bucket

Go to one of the other locations in town. This one is always the slowest, staff is overwhelmed so drinks are rushed and poorly made.

I tried a seasonal frappucino at the Ladera Starbucks and really enjoyed it, so I ordered it again here. Big mistake, it was barely blended and missing ingredients, so it’s practically just cold milk

Definitely not worth the looooong wait that always backs up this drive through.
