I came hungry for lunch. Got me four chicken strips and some french fries which were great good and hot. The server immediately handed me my ketchup and asked what different sauce I wanted. I got the best honey mustard ever and a half lemonade and half tea drink. I will return for peanut butter ice cream and cookies. Jack’s in Dunlap can’t be beaten.

Staff was polite, friendly & knowledge about the menu & it’s options. Restaurant was very clean, restrooms were also very clean & well stocked. Our food was hot & fresh & very tasty. We hung out a bit & enjoyed the fire place to get a break from our road trip. We decided to get their chocolate chip cookie … it was so good. Hot & gooey, melted chocolate chunks. Sooo Good. We will be back & recommended.

This place started out strong but has quickly joined the ranks with the other MULTIPLE fast food CHAINS in this town. Service is mediocre at best and I have been shorted on items paid for the past two times I have been. I gave it a second chance after the first time there will not be a third.

I avoided for months. Finally went in. Very clean, excellent service. Food is excellent. Won’t be going to KFC ever again. Have been in 4 times in last month, different times of day and different food choices. Everything is very good and prices are reasonable.

Seems like there’s alot of training needs done with employees ordered half gallon iced coffee on line lady hands me large cup with receipt nearly $15 attached at window I said I ordered half gallon she had no clue they sold. At jacks held me up extra time while she had to chase down somone who could show her stuff like that happens a lot at Dunlap tn location my desk is lady was just gonna send me home with large $15 cup of iced coffee not cool

First time visit. Easy access and ample parking. Service was exceptional and food was good and ready in a timely manner. Clean store and parking lot. Would return when in the area again.
