OH MY DAYS, I ordered 2 cheese burgers, a mini blizzard and 1 cup of water and it was amazing. The meat was so good, almost ordered two more and the ice-cream was great. Staff was lovely and Christian is always nice :)) Will have this food combo again (^^)d

******SHRINKFLATION WARNING******
This Dairy Queen location has sneakily reduced the amount of toppings they put in their blizzards. I first became suspicious when I was asked if I wanted ‘extra’ toppings while ordering my food. After I got home and started eating my blizzard, I quickly realized the reason why I was asked if I wanted ‘extra toppings’: the amount of cookie dough chunks was much less than before. For two meals with blizzards that now have less toppings it cost $35.

Order an Alaskan fish sandwich at 11:05, Friday 2/21/26. It was excellent. Hot, crisp, toasted well and the fish was first class. Employee was friendsy and competent.

This used to be my favorite Dairy Queen (2010–2022), but it’s really gone downhill since then. I still appreciate that they hire lots of high school students — it’s a great job for that age group — and their drive-thru team is friendly, efficient, and personable. Prices and consistency are also better than DQs across the border in B.C.
However, they have a sign about the Blizzard flip rule, yet they almost never flip them. Sometimes they even put lids on top, which makes the sign pointless and feels like a cop-out.
Recently, I ordered a pumpkin pie Blizzard with a shot of hot fudge (paid extra) through mobile order. It came with no fudge. I called, and they said they’d remake it. When I came after class, it took nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged, and the remake still didn’t have fudge. It felt like I was completely ignored.
Unfortunately, I’ll be going out of my way to avoid this location now.

Tried to make an order just for ice cream. And the cashier walked away from me twice. Even after hearing that I was on a time limit. The first time I understand because the till needed change but the 2nd time was uncalled for so I walked out and got upset. Usually I love this place.

Going through their drive through is an absolute chore. I have had issues several times with Christian being rude, incompetent, and messing up my order. I will avoid this location from now on. There are better places to eat with more competent and professional employees.

We had a mishap with an online order and I called and they offered to send a coupon but the assistant manager had called back an hour after the incident due to some confusion and it turned the whole ordeal around. Both managers that were at this location after 7pm tonight were amazing. Thank you again!

Ordered a BACON deluxe with NO cheese & got a CHEESE deluxe NO bacon!!! Of course I was on my lunch & got back to work unable to return to get my CORRECT order OR refund, what a JOKE when they can’t pay attention to what people order or their passing out the WRONG food! NEVER going to this location again!!!!

my friends and i went around 8:30 tonight and one of them is lactose intolerant and ordered a peanut buster parfait with no ice cream to note she has ordered this plenty of times and gets a decent serving but this time she got 1.5oz of fudge with half a scoop of peanuts. she asked kindly for an extra scoop and the manager dylan told her no and she got what she paid for!! she paid almost 5$ for this! so she asked for a refund and all he did was reprint the receipt. we all have history in working fast food some even as a manager and in our eyes this just wasn’t professional with the way he acted and treated his paying customers

First I have to say… I was SO MAD at Dairy Queen. I had received such BAD service in Mount Vernon, WA. But, yesterday they were vindicated =) I went shopping in Bellingham, WA and wanted to see if they had a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard. I pulled up to the Cordata Parkway location and waited in line. The drivethru was nicely kept, clean, and bright. As with the Mount Vernon location they have a sign up saying there is a national shortage of product (I have heard of no such national shortage but….) I expected the same rude service and the what, huh, i didn’t hear that, I have been receiving in the Mount Vernon, WA location WHEN…… Hello my name is Rachelle, welcome to Dairy Queen may I take your order???? The voice was pleasant and professional…. HOORRAAYYY. This is the first time in so many years that I have heard a voice like this anywhere!!!!! This is how an employee of any company should greet their customers!!! Rachelle took my order, gave me my total… and I pulled up. I had to ask for her because there were other employee’s that probably shouldn’t have been there (lol long story). I told her I do google map reviews, how wonderful she was and if I could take her picture. This is Rachelle, if you are ever up in Bellingham, say hello to her, she is a SHINING example of the perfect employee! She did the so thick you can turn it upside down, gave me my blizzard (WHICH WAS DELICIOUS), and I left. Rachelle helped make my terrible day a little better.. thank you. =)
