Ordered off the app which was a big mistake because they list saucy nuggets like the gold and the sticky and this particular KFC did not have it. So, I ended up having to get a hold of customer service to try and get my money back. This was Saturday, May 25th. Anyway, when we got our food, the chicken tenders were well done and the biscuts were under cooked. So under cooked that as soon as we bit into it, we had to spit it out. The only things that were edible were the fries, mac and cheese, and the gravy and potatoes. The chicken on the bowl was well over cooked and just made the bowl have a over done taste. Obviously I am not returning to this particular KFC. I hope to see my refund soon!

DON’T RECOMMEND!!! First off cold food, out of some stuff, young staff, got a famous bowl food was old and cold. Hard or dried out some. Turned my stomach after 2 bites. Nope never again.

Not a customer because gross, but I am a Doordash driver and l avoid these deliveries at all costs. They are always out of stuff, always pulling all the cars, always a crap attitude and revolving door of employees. Slowest fast food I have ever seen. I have never heard a good thing about their food either. Avoid it if you can!

Chicken has a very off putting grease taste. If you take off the skin then it’s ok. All of the tables were dirty,we wiped ours off. Had to ask for plates even though we order in. We got there at about 6:30 in the evening and they had to check and see if they had enough chicken for a 8 piece order. We haven’t eaten here in over a year and nothing has changed. Probably won’t be back.

KFC..When your manager who wouldn’t give a name is griping how everyone comes in all at once and you have already been 30 minutes + waiting for 2 small meals you have a problem. You would not refund me and let me go on my way. Instead of pulling your screen around to show me how much work you have maybe you should focus on how to run a team efficiently. My 1st clue should have been the guy upset in front of me that complained about how long it took. My 2nd clue should have been the guy waiting in line that walked out. You couldn’t even give me proper contact info for a supervisor so that I could convey my concerns and ask for a refund. NOBODY was demanding a 10 minute meal or less. 30+ minutes for 2 pieces of chicken 2 biscuits and mashed potatoes is absolutely unacceptable and reasonable to ask for a refund and be given the contact info to a supervisor. You should be happy to be busy and prosperous instead of miserable and unpleasant. To the guy at the cash register I respect your understanding and appreciate your handling of the situation and sincerely apologize for my behavior. I did not expect for a manager to be so unprofessional. You have more respect and manager skills than your manager. Approach is everything and your manager has no ability to manage. With all this being said I can guarantee you I will respectfully not eat at another KFC for as long as blood runs through my veins. Place wasn’t even that busy

The general manager and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They charged extra food on our meal after clarifying the order multiple times, then they refused to give us a refund for the food that we didn’t want. The staff also does NOT wash their hands before making the food. Not a safe place to eat. Will NOT be going there again.
