This was honestly the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a hot drink at the drive-thru, but when I took a sip, it was basically cold. Like, not even warm just cold. So, I went inside to let them know, thinking they’d fix it like every other Starbucks usually does. But no, the employees were unhelpful, and when I asked to speak to the manager, the white manager, she was super rude and dismissive. I told her the drink wasn’t hot, and she just argued with me, saying, “You ordered hot, so this is hot.” Girl, no, it was barely warm. I asked for a replacement or even a refund, but she straight-up refused to do anything about it. At other Starbucks locations, they always remake your drink or at least try to make it right. But here? Nothing. The customer service was beyond bad, and the attitude was even worse. This is not how you treat your customers. Super disappointing, and I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Ordered 4 drinks at the drive thru, 4 cake pops, 1 bakery item warmed up. Got asked to pull around the front and they would bring my order to my car. While I thought this was odd since I have never been asked this at a starbucks before we did to help the flow. Nobody came to bring our order, we waited 10min. I went inside and my order was waiting on the counter. The drinks were wrong, coffee base instead of cream base and we were missing the 2 ice waters. Very frustrating when we utilize the drive thru for convenience with children.

I ordered a Frappuccino, then got it without coffee, then got it remade, but the coffee tastes either burnt or they put dark roast beans instead?
Surprisingly many workers (3-5) at different stations, but customer alertness is not the best, seems like only one person is only serving the lobby at times. Other starbucks stores I been to have just only 1-2 workers usually and manage to serve customers quickly while also maintaining efficiency and cleanliness.
Other than that the store has a great lounging area for group meetings.

I never comment or review, but felt this necessary. This is a great example of “tipping culture” gone wrong. Went to the drive-thru, got a couple drinks, went to tap my card, $1/drink tip. No thank you, no smile, no nothing. The same is generally the case when going inside. To the owner/operator: I spent a number of years in restaurant management, and though I’m sure the ladies inside know they will be tipped because it’s a post-covid tipping world, this is unacceptable. At the very least, warnings and additional training is 100%warranted here. If you care to read your reviews, it’s right in front of you. Not that I make a difference, but I’ll be switching to 100% cash for this place, and I hope more will do the same.

It’s a really nice Starbucks however, I went in at 2:30pm on a Tuesday. There were only a handful of people inside and no line. It took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. Then, I ordered a short Carmel Macchiato with oat milk, should be $5.45 according to my app, but the cashier, who acted like he hated his job, charged me $5.85. I didn’t realize until after but I wasn’t going to make a fuss over .40 cents. The red haired employee was nice though. Friendly and asked me right away if I had gotten help. This was way after I had placed my order and was just waiting for my drink.
