I just visited Raising Cane’s, and the experience was really amazing. The food is great — consistent, fresh, and exactly what you expect from a strong franchise brand.
But more than the food, I want to talk about the service. The lady at the counter was absolutely wonderful. Her smile, the way she spoke, the respect, and the positive energy — it was next level.
I was under a lot of pressure and stress when I walked in, and honestly, I wasn’t even in the mood to respond properly. But her smile and attitude genuinely lifted my mood. That kind of consistency in customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
Food is always good here, but the energy and hospitality made this visit special.
Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. ❤️

I’m at a point that its not worth talking to a manager at this point. It’s bad enough I’m paying $20 for the Caniac Combo, but when I sub my coleslaw for extra fries it does not mean giving me the same amount minimal fries…Don’t let the pictures fool you even I gave extra photos on this post
Again.. lsh is expensive and not getting cheaper so when extra is expected for a $20 6 piece meal with small fingers, which is another story for a different day…

I had a great experience at Raising Cane’s in Prosper, thanks to Gabby. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful while assisting me at the window. Her positive attitude and the way she treated me really stood out. Customer service like hers makes a big difference, and I honestly wish every team member provided the same level of care and professionalism.

Stopped by Raising Cane’s in Prosper and had a great experience! The service was fast and the ordering process was super easy, which I really appreciated. My food came out hot and fresh—the chicken fingers were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the Cane’s sauce was as good as always.
I ordered the 3 Finger Combo and everything was great, but I was a little surprised it didn’t come with coleslaw. Maybe it’s only included with the larger combos? Just curious!
Overall, it’s a clean location with friendly staff and quick service. Perfect spot when you’re craving some good fried chicken!

This staff is amazing, friendly and the restaurant is always cleaned. The food is fabulous they do also make fantastic Arnold Palmers here. I can’t get enough of their fries. The naked chicken is delicious, yes I said naked chicken. It’s chicken with no batter. It’s still yummy with or without the crispy batter.

No joke, this is the most consistently good canes I’ve ever been to. Been like 5-10 times and every time the chicken comes out fresh and cooked perfectly and everyone is super nice.

It was all great,the service was VERY attentive and the inside of the store is rlly nice it feels like a luxury place and then the food,I haven’t ate canes in 2 years but this was my “first time” and it was amazing it was enjoyable,the food is BIG so I left with a full stomach

Fed up that my order is messed up from the drive thru at this location again! It’s right less than half the time. Today I ordered, and paid for, a box combo with extra sauce. Received a 3 finger combo and no toast. My advice, always check your order, even if there’s a line, or try somewhere else. With all the choices now, I’m going somewhere else from now on. Plus, the chicken and coleslaw is hit or miss – chicken was a miss this time too.
