Christy’s was established by our mother christy in 2018. This is a new age diner style of food. American food with a new style mixed in as well while keeping the classics in place. We our the only diner in area that offers 5 kinds of potatoes as well. Mashed. shredded, tater tots, hash brown patties , homefries. So if you have a picky family we have the choices for them herw.We have Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub, & chow now. Lots of different specials daily. We strive on a fun atmosphere with Real Food, Real Price’s, Real GOOOOOOOOD Time’s.

We decided to try this diner for the 1st time because we had a coupon from the Save around coupon book. The coupon was $8 off the total bill of $20 ot more. The waitress told me they do not honor the coupons from that book. That made no sense to me and the only reason we went there was because of the coupon, It was sunday afternoon, so there were very few options of where else to go at this point, and we were already sitting down and i had my 4 year old. The waitress was very nice, but my food was the greasiest food i have ever eaten. I got a philly cheesecake steak, so obviously, I expected some grease, but it seemed like they just poured the grease right onto my plate or maybe cooked it with the steak my son ordered. It tasted like they just used frozen steakums and had no flavor. The sandwich was huge, which was nice, but my stomach couldn’t handle all the grease. We also ordered a steak well done and got it rare. They did fix it. The French fries were so overcooked and burnt. It was hard to find a few good ones to eat they were also super greasy as well. I definitely will not be returning there. I never put up bad reviews, but there was a problem with almost everything we ordered.

went there to use my coupon from the Broome county save around book was supposed to take 8.00 dollars off my meal waitress told me it was a misprint they will only give you five off the meal. it’s not my fault if it’s a misprint you should still honor the $8 coupon!!! it’s very highly unlikely that I will be back and my friends and family won’t be back either.

Place was slow and Service was mediocre. There were 2 tables already seated and one came in after we sat down. Always like to try local diners and it’s was just ok. Order a side of biscuit and gravy and never came out. Server didnt say anything about this side and waited until I paid for the meal to say it was removed. Customer service not great. Frys were not fresh and thrown back in the fryer. Came out burnt and dark brown. Pancakes were hard to cut and usually pancakes you can cut with just a fork. Gave 3 stars for just friendly atmosphere.
May return in a few years if I come through again, just to see if it has improved. Believe in second chances.

Breakfast was not close to being hot. Potatoes were “their own” to say the least, odd appearance, texture, and flavor. Would not be a return visit based on the initial experience. It really seems that they need a cook based on what was served today.

Went for breakfast at 11:00. There were 2 other customers. I left after waiting 30 minutes. The waitress just kept walking by. No reason why the food wasn’t ready with practically no one in there.

Ordered food through Uber Eats. No mashed potatoes, no potato salad (though this is seasonal…not sure why). Roast beef came with fries and bread. Overall food was terrible.
