This is a casual, sports bar type restaurant so we weren’t expecting fine dining. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the good quality of the food. I rated the food 4 stars in comparison with other casual restaurants. From chicken wings, to nachos, to salads, everyone was pleased with a meal that was better than we expected. The only mis-step food-wise was somewhat rubbery chicken on the sheet pan nachos. I ended up picking those off. The service staff was busy but good. A manager was walking around making sure everyone was satisfied and that their orders were correct. I appreciated this as he seemed genuinely interested in making sure customers were happy. Shout-out to the bartender on 10/26—making some flavorful, balanced cocktails that didn’t make me feel like I wasted my money. Fun atmosphere—I would eat here again!

I’ve been to Buffalo Wing Factory a few times now and it never disappoints. The wings are the real deal—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce selection is huge. You can go from classic mild all the way up to serious heat if that’s your thing.
Service is always friendly and quick, even when they’re busy. The staff checks in without being overbearing, which I appreciate. The place has a laid-back vibe that works for both grabbing a quick bite or hanging out with friends over a couple of beers.
The menu goes beyond wings too—great sandwiches, solid sides, and I really like the variety of dips. Prices are fair for the quality, and portion sizes are generous.
If you’re a wing lover, this is one of the best spots around. Highly recommend!

I will definitely be coming back. My buddy got wings and was pleased. I got the Chipotle smash burger. It was amazing. The bartender gave us the best service I’ve had in years. Wish I knew his name to give him a shout out. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because it’s not much different than other sport type bars.

Great place to get lunch or dinner. I have had a great experience every time that I have eaten at Buffalo Wing Factory. Great service and friendly staff members. Food is great. I love the Buffalo Cobb Salad. My husband loves the wings. Nachos are super good as well. Highly recommend.

Loved the garlic parmesan wings; traditional, bone-in cooked well/extra crispy. Atmosphere was lively. There’s possibly one TV for every person in the room; so it’s not the place to go for meaningful conversation. Enjoyable family lunch nonetheless.
The buffalo chicken sandwich could have had a bit more sauce. Son says there weren’t enough fries with the kid’s meal (but I feel that he’d say that no matter how many were served).
I’ve never heard of bulgogi chicken (tacos), so I’ll stick with wings unless they announce beef bulgogi tacos.
There are 5 or 6 unisex restrooms (classy, modern, clean restrooms!). Don’t ladies prefer to use the “women’s bathroom.” Guys don’t seem to give a darn, but I think the ladies do.

Had a very nice experience here. The small hot honey pizza was crispy and delicious and the small sheet pan nachos (my favorite) are very filling and great for their happy hour price. Good customer service and have lots of tvs for the games

My family was craving for wings and decided to try this place on Wednesday. We were very pleased with this establishment!! On Wednesdays, they have a $1/wing special. They also have happy hour between 3-7pm.
We ordered the kids smashburger for the little ones to share. It comes with Fries. It’s a size-able portion, enough for two toddlers. The bun is toasted to perfection, I wouldn’t mind eating it myself.
The wife and I shared 20 wings and a salad. We tried the Peruvian Verde, Spicy Ranch, Sweet Firecracker, and Spicy Garlic Butter. I figured for $1 a wing, I wasn’t expecting much, however, they were cooked to perfection! They were not dry or hard. They were juicy, tender, and had the perfect texture.
The service here was wonderful. Our server was very attentive and made the experience very enjoyable.
The atmosphere was lively. Lots of folks with their sports fan gear on. Tons of TVs all over the restaurant. Perfect place to catch a game.

We loved all of the food. Great sportsbar feeling. Ordered Bourbon Bacon Jam Cheese Fries, Boneless Wings 5 Sweet & Smokey BBQ sauce and 5 Sweet Firecracker sauce. Sophie was our server. Drank the Solace Partly Cloudy (Dulles, VA, IPA, 7.5% ABV 16oz draft).

Odd experience. I was so hungry and ultimately should have listened to these reviews. I got cauliflower which was battered and really salty and my Brussels were under cooked. The other people in my party enjoyed their chicken tenders, onion rings, loaded fries and kids burger with fries.
