I challenge the owner to try the food they serve here… About a year or so ago I picked up a “chicken parm sandwich” and I got 2 chicken tenders with some cheese on bread. So today I ordered the fried chicken meal, assuming that it’s very hard to mess up fried chicken. Well I was wrong. Apparently all you have to do is what they do… On top of that I got hot disgusting coleslaw that was inedible.. Thank goodness for the side salad or I’d have pick up more food… Sorry Papa I’m all for small businesses, but not ones that don’t even try or care…. Never again.

$50 (1 pizza) order was an hour late. No apology. Pizza was smashed against side of box. Asked for parmesan and pepper flakes. Didn’t get. Also forgot my “free brownie” (like I care) Quality has gone way down. Does not taste/look the same. My kids grew up on this pizza for 20 years. Too bad. Never again.

Working at the hospital we always order from here it’s great pizza and wings. Juan is really nice but it seems like since he’s barely here now we don’t get the same service. They don’t answer the phone you call multiple of times and for them to close at 930 they don’t answer the phone. And cut the phone lines off getting a message that they can’t take our call at this time.

I’ve been ordering from Papa Saverio’s for well over 15 years and this location specifically for the last 4. The owner is nice enough, however he’s literally the only one working at most times. I know this because he told me over the phone once when there was a coupon discrepancy the call service they use couldn’t figure out so they put me through to him. This is how I found out there are no delivery drivers for this pizza place and so they use doordash or any other 3rd party service. I called and placed an order tonight for one pizza. Because it was late the answering service was turned off and he answered. He told me the delivery would be the last of the night for the driver and that it would be delivered within 45 minutes. I was charged $25. The pizza never showed up. One of two things happened. Either he didn’t make the pizza and just took my money, or he made it, gave it to the doordasher and they took it home as a little reward for a hard day’s work. Either way, you have earned this one star review and I’ll be disputing this charge with my bank and getting my money back. I’ll never order again and it stinks because I have the 12 coupons for half off a pizza.

We’ve been ordering pizza here for the last 8 years. I can honestly say, their quality in ingredients have not gone down. The pizza is always superb and well cooked. We always order the sausage pizza.

We placed a $100 online order at 2 o’clock for a 5 o’clock pick up. When we showed up at 5 o’clock, they told us it would be two minutes. At 5:10 I inquired and they said it’ll be 20 minutes. They had never even put the pizzas in until after I arrived. Why tell me two minutes if you know that’s not true? The pizza was not ready until 5:40. When they brought out the pizza, they weren’t even sure if they were giving us the right pizzas. They didn’t even thank me or apologize for the 40-minute delay. There are way too many pizza places to choose from, many of which are way better than their pizza. I’ll never order from them again. Overall just a bad experience.

tl;dr great food, but limit your order to 1 pizza if you don’t want to be on the hook for their errors.
Ordered 3 pizzas for a group bc this place was 7min away from our starting point (church) & 8mi (20min) from our destination (home). Claimed it’d be 30min until ready for pickup. Called 30min later bc I assumed 30min was unrealistic. Waited on hold for 9min. No answer. Drove the 7min and pizzas were ready, but 2/3 were wrong (thin crust instead of deep dish). The options offered were to take the wrong pizzas and trust that they’d reimburse me later for an unknown amount (they literally had no idea at the time what the difference in price would be), or let the correct pizza get cold & old while waiting another 40min for them to make the other two correctly; postponing dinner for the whole group and literally leaving them out in the cold. Wound up just buying the wrong pizzas AND having to come back for the right pizzas, but then wouldn’t accept the in-person cash purchase of wrong pizzas as a walk-in order for a free 2L. Customers shouldn’t have to pay MORE (time, gas, $41), or be nickeled & dimed, for the restaurant’s mistakes. 3 stars because the food WAS great.

I called the restaurant to order delivery at 5:05 pm. They took my order and said it would be delivered in an hour. I got a text from doordash that it would be delivered at 6:39 pm. I did not order thru Doordash. It was delivered at 6:42 pm. I tried to call Papa Saverios twice and sat on hold for 15 minutes each time before they hung up on me both times. The pizza was cold. I’ve been ordering from them for a decade. The service is usually slow, but this was ridiculous. I’m done.
