My first and last to order from Shazoma
Nutella with cream is literally the worst that i have seen in my life from the poor quantity of nutella and cream to the quality of chocolate!
Shawarma with almost no tomeya (garlic mayo)
It has lettuce inside!
Although it’s big and has alot of chicken the sandwich was very dry from the inside and not juicy at all!
I tried calling them they never answer!

A couple of days ago I bought pizza from smiles for pickup. I live far away so I wanted to take it home, so I asked the staff there for a bag to take away since their box is bad quality thin cardboard which soaks. The African lady there had a very bad attitude and she gave this look when I asked for it. And she lacks common sense, she didn’t even put it flat in the bag and ended up ruining the whole pizza. When I showed her what happened she was being rude and disrespectful and asked “who puts pizza in a bag” instead of admitting her mistake. And didn’t even care when I took picture of the messed up pizza right in front of her. Later I called their office or whatever and the lady there was also ignorant and rude she even cut my call while talking.
Whatever you do DO NOT buy from here. Don’t even know how they still get business after seeing all the reviews here. Even 1 star is too much for this. Pathetic…

RUDE / BAD ATTITUDE towards the customer…. Ordered 2 shawarma with extra chicken … 54aed with tax inclusive… That’s pricey…. so u expect good returns and good taste… The staff / self proclaimed owner was rude and had a bad attitude… as if displaying behaviour of doing a favor on customer with a reaction of if wanna buy then buy or move on !!! That’s unacceptable… inspite of pating 4 aed extra for some extra chickn …. the shawarma tasted bland… not worth paying so much… tasteless… pickels used in it was stale and I believe they were from the dinosour age… Shwarma taste more of sour and tangy and gooey… BAD!!!!!!!

I have been a resident of this building for 13 years, and I was extremely disappointed with the recent behavior of this restaurant located in Bahar 5.
They did not maintain proper hygiene and ended up leaving a huge mess in the building’s entrance and parking. I found this behavior to be completely unacceptable and disrespectful to the residents of this building.
I strongly urge the restaurant to take responsibility for their actions and ensure that they maintain proper hygiene standards in the future.
I would also like to see them make an effort to clean up the mess they created in our building’s entrance.
As a long-time resident of this building, I believe it is important for local businesses to show respect to their surroundings and the people who live in the area

Absolutely TERRIBLE FOOD we ordered this recently, the pizza had no plastic keeping the boxes shape so it collapsed and the cheese stuck to the box and tasted like frozen pizza you can buy from carrefour. The shawarma was drenched in oil and was falling apart and the bread was soggy from all of the oil. Overall a terrible experience and never ordering from there again.
