I got out of a late night hospital visit and decided to get Papa Johns. What has happened to businesses selling quality food? The prices are high but the effort and quality of the food is awful. My pizza was terrible. It was like a concept of a pizza in a fever dream. The crust was like cardboard, the cheese was waxy, the extra sauce I ordered was barely there. I ordered extra pepperoncini’s and they were stale and dried out.

Went in to pick up my online order and there was an elderly customer at the counter who was confused about a coupon. Who I presume is the manager (Indian man) working was literally screaming at this old guy for not understanding, it made me sick. Screw this place and his franchise, you don’t speak to us like that.

Arrived to pick up food and no one was at the counter. When the employee finally came out from the back he was just talking on his personal phone. When I asked him about my order he asked if I was trying to place an order and upon telling him no, I was there to pick up a previously placed order he turned around to check the shelf and told me it was never made. When I agreed to wait for it to be made he went back to talking on his phone then while it was cooking tried to hand me a different order from the shelf stating it was mine. I pointed to the stickers on the box that showed it contained items I had not ordered and he put it back then returned to talking on his phone. It was surreal.

It’s Papa John’s pizza with great service. Pizza are always ready quickly and friendly at the counter. It can be busy but a couple minutes of patience is rewarded with friendliness.

I ordered pizza at 445
For Delivery at 6pm.
At 620 pizza had not arrived so I called the store and was assured “it’s coming. 10 minutes”. No apology for the delay. 10 minutes later the pizza still had not arrived so I called again to cancel the order bc we had to leave.
The manager would not refund me, he said “it’s coming” and hung up on me. Pizza arrived, no apology for delay of 45 minutes. It was cold. It clearly had been sitting for a long time.
We have been long time customers but this is our last time. Very rude and unprofessional.
