I was starving, and thrilled when we got home. Aroma 10/10. But I was totally bummed to open the box and see…this.
I realize food shrinks when you cook it, but I was still expecting more than this. Looks wise, it kinda reminds me of those cheap Banquet freezer meals. Amount of food 2/5 – that’s not even a rating, that’s a fraction.
But the flavor was incredible, (for each of the 3 bites it took to finish it.)
Now, things have gone down hill and they seem to be setting orders “ready for pickup”, long before they’re actually ready. I don’t know if it’s to lie and claim they knock orders out IMPOSSIBLY fast, or just laziness, not wanting to use the service as it’s meant, but it’s always ready, when it’s not, actually.
The amount of air bubbles on the pizza is something like an issue too, as I’ve said my toddler is picky. It happens because there’s spots all over the pizza with very little toppings.
Additionally, extra sauce means nothing to whoever is making the pizzas as of late, too.
I’d pick a different location, but they’re far and few along my routes.
I hate to complain, however it just keeps happening, so I feel it’s necessary to say something.
UPDATE..
9/8/25 the same thing happened with the ready system. I walked in and seen there was no orders sitting on the shelves where they place them, but the pizza was made correctly. It was a single person in there running the ship solo.
Kudos to that dude for doing the damn thing and holding it down. I just hope somebody tells these people how to properly use the tracking system so we know when out food is actually ready, rather than it sending notifications saying it’s ready, when it was just thrown in the oven or they’re starting the order.
Anyway, cheers.
Online order a large pizza, make sure you use the deal. $9.99 for a large 1 topping.
EDIT: Service has gone way down hill. Pizza was supposed to be ready in 10-18 minutes, that ended up being a 30 minute wait.
Also have noticed a steady decline in the quality of the pizzas. Not sure if they have changed ingredients or baking procedures. Sad to see this place go downhill. Used to be amazing.
Pizza- Hardly any toppings, chewy dough and watery, bland sauce. Even my young kids said it had no flavor.
Wings- obviously frozen, but these are weird….even for frozen. Odd meat texture. Mushy and strange breading.
Jalapeño bread rolls- once again, zero flavor. The peppers were still raw and crunchy while the dough had no flavor.
Now to top it all off, I ordered blue cheese dressing for the wings. We opened up two of the blue cheese containers and I was horrified. Blue cheese should be creamy with chunks of blue cheese. These tubs contained a tan colored, semi transparent oil with tiny tiny particles of a white substance. We didn’t dare try it. All in all, it was an absolute disappointment. Frozen pizza is better then this hot mess. We will never go back.
