Deleted my full 5 Star review and lowering it down to 2 Stars on service.
I eat here 3-4 times a week and it was always great, efficient, everyone was on the ball.
The past month has been nothing but ridiculous with service every single time.
If this keeps up much longer, I wont be doing dominos anymore at all.
Will gladly change this back to a 5 star rating when good service becomes the normal standard again.

Easily the slowest dominos. 3 times in a row now, so I’m not sure why we keep ordering, the wait for carry out has been over an hour. I placed my order at 349pm and it didn’t even make it in the oven until 457pmThat’s ridiculous. 3rd times a charm I guess. Now, I won’t be able to eat before work because I thought placing an order before 4pm would mean they’d manage to get it done. I truly can’t imagine they have THAT many orders. Only pizza place in town that has consistently taken this long. Can’t blame it on staffing, my husband went in and there were 6 employees and only 4 other orders on the screen before us.Photos for proof.

Perfect hand tossed pizza on Christmas “Eve Eve”, lots of toppings and even crust on a $11.99 carry out deal. Slower pick up times than the location in the city I frequent however. (I came at the end of the estimated pick up time, and it was still in the oven). Very clean restaurant and friendly staff.

This Dominos…my goodness….I used to really like this place. I placed a $50 order online and wanted the jalapeño cheese bread, but online there isn’t an option for jalapeños on the side. I asked in store when I picked it up if I could get some on the side and explained the situation. They said no. That’s it’s a “health issue”. Two separate employees told me no. Over jalapeños. I even said I’d pay for it, even though the cheese bread is all the same prices no matter which one you get. So I went to Little Caesars down the street and got a side from them. Ridiculous to spend so much money here and not be able to get a dozen little slices of something on the side. We’ll stick with Little Caesars or Pizza Hut from now on.

I usually have great experience here. However today I placed an online order at 10am for 4 pizzas and bread bites, for pickup at noon. They open at 1030 so the order was sitting there in the queue when they opened. I got there at 1210 and it wasn’t even in the oven yet so I went back out to the car to keep 3 kids patient while waiting for lunch. I forgot to put ranch cups on my order so when it finally came out I asked if I could get a few ranch cups. He said they’re a dollar each. I said you can’t just throw a few ranch in since you’re 20 minutes late on it. His reply was nope! Seriously?? I’ve got 12 people waiting, the order was made 2 hours in advance, you’re 20 minutes late and you can’t give your customer a few ranches to make up for the inconvenience?? Poor customer service.

Piping hot pizza and the garlic bites are damn delectable. Of course, it’s always an economic meal choice as well. We order from work, and everyone enjoys the food. They have plenty of seating on the premises, too. I wish there was one located in Clintonville because there isn’t a pizza chain there for late night deliveries, etc.

It took over an hour and a half to get our food. I get that today is New Year’s Eve but this has happened the last couple times as well. Some of the food was cold as well. Not as good as it used to be. Speed or quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would .. look we paid for a hot good pizza.. We ordered it on line before you opened. 2 pizza to be ready by 11:30am. I guarantee you when you opened you made that pizza and you let it sit… Horrible pizza cold cold cold like its been sitting for at least 30 mins… Not a happy customer…..

I have never had a bad experience at this location and have been going here for years. Food is always great and the very fews times there has been a problem they made it right. The only negative thing I have to say is the estimated time on the app is sometimes way off, but that is not really their fault.
