Went in today and received horrible service. Went to pick up my food, went to the pizza side. The young guy behind the counter was very polite and got my pizza ready and called the other side to bring the hotdogs and other food. Left and noticed about a mile down the road it was missing several items. I returned, let the guy know, he politely let me know they had the remainder of my order on the other side. When I went to the other side, some middle aged women was behind the counter, told her the issue and she started rudely showing aggravation she had for what ever reason and spouted that a delivery driver had it and told me to go. Went to the other side and they had it. Let the guys on that side know she was rude and left, hope to not have to deal with that women’s underserved attitude again. The food did come out good as it usually does.

driving through Chicago i stopped in for a hotdog. They didn’t disappoint. I think I spent 5 minutes waiting which isn’t bad. I got the Chicago dogs and fries and got my wife some Gelato. everything was fantastic. The time I’m up there i will definitely be going there again!

Ordered $60 in pizza Saturday at 4pm. 5pm was the time they would be ready. I arrived at 5 and they were not ready until 5:40pm. Staff said catering orders had backed everything up when I paid at 5pm. No one said sorry for the wait or anything when the pizza was ready. The experience at Joey’s is always very inconsistent. It seems like there is a lack of management. No one in the kitchen seemed to be in any sort of hurry what so ever. Plenty of staff just standing around the front counter and the waiting area was full of frustrated customers.

I tried this place recently, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The chicken parm was decent—not bad, but nothing special. The garlic bread was a big letdown—soggy and lacking good flavor. The salad was very plain and barely had any dressing, which made it pretty underwhelming. On the bright side, the pizza was solid, definitely the best thing they offer.
If you’re looking for something great, I’d highly recommend checking out Joey’s Red Hots next door. They do an excellent job with all their Chicago-style food, and I’ve never been disappointed there.

The pasta was overcooked. We had the meat sauce, Alfredo and the garlic and oil and all of them were watery and bland. The person who took our order was not friendly-it felt like we were bothering them. Trying to eat local on a trip and were very disappointed.

Quick and easy to order. Food is great!! Like their burgers, my son LOVES their cheese pizza. Fries are delicious!! Cashiers are usually nice. Once in while I would get a stale onion.. but whatever.. I just want some good food.

I love Joey’s but get so irritated that they charge for condiments my son likes BBQ sauce with his French fry. I could take pack after pack of ketchup at no charge but they charge 75 cent for a little container of BBQ sauce. Not pre packaged they pour ot out of a bottle maybe I’m cheap bit so are they

Best pizza in Chicago. We go 1-2 times per week. Love the staff in Orland. Great service, large fair portions. Still have to try the other menu items. Keep up the great work!!!! ❤️

For the price, the portion size was great. I had a spaghetti dinner with garlic bread and two meatballs on the side. Only ate half the dinner. Will eat the rest for another meal; that’s how big it was! First time trying the pizza and pasta place next to the original Joey’s on Wolf. Will try the pizza and ice cream next time. Had to wait a little while after ordering but that was understandable on a busy Friday night. Masks should be required inside especially with the number of people I encountered while waiting and six feet distancing was impossible. A Dad and his Son came in to pick up two pizzas and we’re mask-less! Staff and others did have masks on. Food was delicious.
