I placed my drink order in a timely manner and arrived right when it was supposed to be ready. When I got there, no one seemed to be actively making cold drinks. Only one employee was preparing drinks, while another was standing in front of the cashier chatting. After I was asked what drink I was picking up, I was told they needed to get the refresher mix from the back—but no one actually went to get it. A few minutes passed, and I was asked again what drink I was waiting for. Someone finally remembered that the manager had asked them earlier to grab the refresher mix, and my drink was eventually made. My order was supposed to take 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes in the store.
At this point, I don’t see the purpose of ordering ahead if my drink still isn’t ready on time. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time it’s happened and it’s made me reconsider stopping by in the future.

I was just in today and waited 30 minutes for my drink to be made. All their focus was on drive thru and prepping for closing. It was 4:45 so not even time to close. I understand it can get crazy with drive thru orders, but that shouldn’t change the service of inside. If I had known it was going to be that long of a wait I would have just skipped it for the day. This sadly is NOT the only time this has happened in the past few weeks.

They are friendly but I am sick of them being so inconsistent. I know when my coffee is made properly and every other Starbucks location seems to get it right….. Percy and one other employee always make it the correct way they are both always giving their all and doing it right!
This drink is way to light to have 6 shots in plus it’s not even supposed to be pre mixed it’s supposed to be layered…….

After 20 minutes of standing in line their staff argued with me after only finishing half of my order..claiming I had only been there for 10 minutes, and refused to make the other half of my order…. Insisting I wait an additional amount of time. Then she tried only refunding a part of my order even though I told her to void the whole thing.Thats not how you treat someone who spends 100 dollars a week in your store. Im not acting with a sense of entitlement..but as a former gm of a restaurant..I can say with certainty the workers at this Starbucks have 0 hustle, 0 work ethic, and zero desire to make things right with customers. She even told me the average wait time is 20 minutes..Bigby did it in 4.Got a better drink from Bigby, it was buy one get one free, and I won’t ever be going back to Starbucks.
*Edit: If you view Starbucks note below you can see what I mean about 0 customer service. “If” I need further assistance from a staff member I can contact them? No..hey the next one is on us, we’re sorry to hear that? That’s why you have a 4 star rating which believe me is pretty hard to achieve unless you’re running the place into the ground. This is not the entitlement of people in Greenville mad about petty things, this is a reflection of your inability to effectively manage a business.

Unfortunately this location takes a very long time to make drinks lately. Waited 50 minutes one morning and had to leave without a drink. Another time I waited 30 minutes and left. Tried going inside to see if it would be quicker and ordered no problem then it took 40 minutes to get the drinks and they didn’t taste right but we didn’t have time to wait any longer. I was hopeful the issue would resolve but it seems to still be a problem a month later. Editing to add that I was asked to share my feedback with their customer support which I did and was told they can’t help with the issue since I have no proof of purchase for the date I waited almost an hour and had to leave without a drink.

Ordered a medium mocha Frappuccino no whip cream and a grilled cheese. They were fairly quick, but there was whip cream on my Frappuccino ,no straw. And it had chocolate down the side that got on my vehicle and me. I did repeat that I had asked for no whip, she said they would get me a different one. I wasn’t interested in waiting, so I excepted the messy whip one. Price was $13 and change. Half of my cup was whip cream. First time here, they haven’t been in this Location long. Not the best start, hoping for better next time. No tip today, except Please pay attention to what people order!

SO SLOW, i sat in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes… and then when i had gotten to the window and already paid i had seen my drink sitting on the counter and they continued to walk past it for 5-10 minutes before handing it to me…

I get mostly the same drink and it was fine.Im glad we have a Starbucks in our town now. I wish they would not run out of things so much such as large straws you need them for a venti drink I stopped at a gas station to get a large straw and different milk Java chips especially when your introducing a new drink and don’t have all the products for it that’s frustrating sometimes but over all staff is friendly.and it’s always clean.
