Don’t overlook this surprising hometown pub♡
Visited for a Galentine’s event. Midday. Not gonna lie… I am not really a pub or bar girl but this place is actually great. The food was exceptional. The chef came to speak to me face to face about my allergies, brought the food to me himself and said “Everyone deserves fries. I hand cut these and pan fried them separate for you”. Dude- I feel loved. That’s above and beyond. My steak sandwich was delicious. My coffee was strong and great.
There was a dj… It was a good variety, loud enough to feel but also chat over it and it was just freaking fun. The people are nice if you are- kinda like most good places. I’d pop in again if I were in the area.

Awesome chill pub! The environment is so relaxing! The service is great and their wings are amazing! Chef Johnny was super nice and took the time to come out and say hi!

Went in there on a Sunday night just to find out they had a bartender that I guess is there DJ….. worst experience ever!!! Need to learn how to properly staff your bartenders!! Waited Minutes on end it felt like for a beer!!! Do better Wilson’s!!

Bar was just fine Saturday, but the DJ sucked. Said he took requests but was way too selective, and didn’t read the room when nobody cared about the playlist. Could barely hear yourself think in there too

I live nearby and really would love to have a local bar where we could grab a great dinner with drinks and see some live entertainment, but this place misses the mark. The food is good, but nothing spectacular; its basic bar food, really. The inside is just ok, too. Nothing different..just a bar. The bathroom never has paper towels and it’s not very clean. It’s way to small inside for bands. The crowd that comes in after 10 pm is a bunch of obnoxious 20 somethings, who elbow their way in no matter if you move or not. And, they can’t hold their alcohol.
It could be a nicer place but if these “kiddies” keep coming in, I can see why the owner wouldn’t even want to do any upgrades. We prefer a bit more of a sophisticated crowd that doesn’t throw up while sitting at the bar.

Went in to meet a friend, it was nice to find a few familiar faces at a different place. The crowd did switch as the older locals left(as did I) while the young crowd began to show. The bartender was wonderful, absolutely great personality, competent and mature which is difficult to find.

Wilson’s has entertainment every weekend, and they treat their performers very well!. It’s safe, they have great bartenders. They always have two so everyone is taken care of. They have cocktail tables, and a separate dining room. I love playing gigs here!.

Nice clean atmosphere. Bar staff quick to serve. Dan the guitar player singer had excellent playlist. Would come back for him alone…wow went to a catered birthday party. Bar service was walk up self serve. 43 guests tipped generously… And 20% tip added to tab. Did I mention guests did not have designated server. What a rip then the staff tossed the birthday cake while principles of party were still in the building.

Service is horrible even when its slow. Walked out AGAIN tonight because we couldn’t get Service while sitting at the bar. Plenty of open seats with 2 girls working the bar, it shouldn’t to be that difficult. Do yourself a favor and find another place to spend your money.
