We had never ordered from here before so it’s a first visit- I ordered online pickup, followed the prompts to let the system know when I arrived. Everything was ready, I picked up beverage- restaurant was open and clean, friendly staff- restrooms were clean. Overall, good experience. The food was good, I had the choice of brown or white rice, prices comparable to most fast food choices in the area. First floor establishment, wheelchair accessible. We will be back!

Honestly surprised with how good the food was here. First time trying it and I highly recommend the Orange Chicken. For a chain spot, it was delicious and I will definitely be getting it again in the future! Portions are huge at the price points. Pick up was super easy, in and out within a minute

First time stopping in for a meal at Teriyaki Madness. I’ve driven by here multiple times and finally noticed this hidden gem. We noticed how clean it is and how warm and welcoming the atmosphere is in here. Taryn took my husband’s and my order. She was wonderful, took her time explaining how the menu works and all the different options and combinations. The head cook and general manager, Mike, pulled out all the stops and made some of the greatest Teriyaki dishes we have had. My husband loves all things spicy so he tried the MAD SAUCE with his bowl. It is very spicy with just enough sweetness and flavor to bring you back in for that next bite. Their potstickers are as to be expected and are crispy. The crab rangoon was different than other restaurants but in the best way. Served with a sauce that tastes similar to apple sauce. It pairs very well. What really caught me off guard was the chicken eggrolls. Most places use all cabbage and hardly any meat while TM does the opposite. In conclusion, this restaurant is absolutely wonderful and we will be stopping in here again indefinitely.

Was excited to try it for the first time but it was clearly an off night for them. They gave our order to a different table and didn’t notice. Thankfully the people at the table figured it out and gave it to us. We didn’t get the edamame until after we finished our meal even though everyone else got theirs. Seems like the kitchen is fast for DoorDash but slow for in person orders. The food was good but service was quite disappointing. Also so uncomfortable in there when everyone is waiting so long without food coming out.

We asked what a “power bowl” (listed as “all veggie base” +$1.50 on the menu, of about 10 items) was and none of the employees even knew this existed, let alone knew what it was. They also made zero effort to find out what it was… That’s pretty sad considering the limited number of items offered on the menu. Get better service. Good gravy.

Im a door dasher and I’ve never had to fill up someone’s drinks for them. All other restaurants fill out the whole order and have it ready for the dasher. Your employees didnt do that. I was told they were too busy and yet no one was in the restaurant. Your cashier and employees get paid to complete Togo orders. So they should do so. Orders should be complete and ready for the dasher to pick up and leave so as to not clog the restaurant up. And your cook was very disrespectful.

First time here. Staff was very friendly and took time to answer my questions. Got the chicken breast teriyaki bowl (chicken breast, rice, broccoli) with a drink. Bowl was excellent and the regular bowl serving was ample for a meal. Look forward to a return visit when in the area.
