I ordered the Bandeja Paisa with pork loin and overall it was a really good meal. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. This restaurant is new and a great addition to the area. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing experience at Colombia Que Chimba Cafe in Spring Hill!
Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. We ordered buñuelos, pan de bono, empanadas with pique, and hot chocolate, and every single bite tasted authentic and freshly made. It truly felt like a little taste of Colombia right here in Florida.
The flavors were incredible, the food was warm and comforting, and you can really feel the love and culture behind everything they serve. If you’re Colombian and missing home, or if you’ve never tried Colombian food before, this is definitely the place to go.
Spring Hill finally has a spot where you can enjoy real Colombian flavors without driving all the way to Tampa. Highly recommend stopping by and supporting this wonderful new local business!

The smell the aroma oh my God I feel like I’m home. This food is awesome. The taste is just like my grandmother‘s food. I can’t wait to go back. This is gonna be my favorite place to eat. Come check it out. You will feel it’s a small place but you will feel like home you can come and relax sit down and listen to music. Talk to people meet people and enjoy your food with no rush.

2nd time here and I absolutely love it. We are a Colombian family, and having a little piece of home here locally means everything to me.
Colombian culture is about community, everyone is welcome and everyone is treated like family. You come in, listen to music, get to know people, and enjoy amazing food without feeling rushed.
This isn’t Starbucks where you run in and out -this is a place to slow down, connect, and experience the warmth of our culture.
