Been coming here for years. I’ve always had a great experience until now. Ordered a giant turkey tom with onions and extra lettuce. What I received was the paltriest pinch of lettuce I’ve ever seen. JJs, do better please.
Edit: I am realizing now that JJ’s receipt printout most likely confused the employee, thinking “X lettuce” was “no lettuce”. In that case, JJ’s corporate, make the receipts clearer, or train your employees better. Adding an additional photo of my order online.

A satisfying sandwich prepared fast. The veggie is a nice vegetarian option and without mayo and as an unwich (salad leaves instead of bread), a rather healthy meal.

UPDATE: Visited again on March 2nd, 2022. Day and night difference from 9 months ago! Super friendly service, very energetic and cheerful. Was greeted from the moment I walked in the door and was very engaged and genuinely happy to interact with me. Sandwich this time came lightning fast, was put in my hand just as I completed payment. THIS is the Jimmy John’s “freaky fast” that we all come to expect. Not to mention the sandwich itself was really good (digging the new #7). Great work Carlyle Jimmy Johns! Will not hesitate to come back here again.
OLD REVIEW (sometime in 2021):
This is the slowest Jimmy John’s I have experienced.. I am used to real Jimmy John’s thoroughout the Midwest (Indiana, Illinois, etc.) where the sandwiches would literally be handed to you or is ready for you to pick up before you complete your payment, hence the slogan “Freaky Fast”. That does not exist here.
I waited until over a year’s experience at this location before giving up and writing this review, just to make sure this experience isn’t an anomalie or due to learning curve. At this location, you can count on waiting at least 3 or 4 minutes after your complete payment until your sandwich is ready. I wish I can say they are understaffed but they seem to be adequately staffed. When I visited, there were 2 people waiting at the register (nobody waiting to order), there was only one person starting the sandwich line and calling out orders (my sandwich was not called to be started until 2 minutes after I completed payment), 2 or 3 other people behind the counter (possibly on the sandwich line), and 1 person doing misc. tasks.
Positive stars for staff friendliness and quality of food, both of which seem to be consistent with this location. However, the speed of service is my biggest concern with this location, especially with the high national expectation of the Jimmy John’s brand.

I usually love Jimmy John’s. The best Veggie sub. Stood in line for 20 mins behind two other people, there are 5 to 6 people working in a line reading slips and making sandwiches. After waiting a while, a woman asks if they are only doing app orders bc we were just standing there without being acknowledged, and the only woman working states they are only filling online orders. It would have been nice to state that when we walked in. Or have a sign on the door or register area. It was just overall rude.

The staff is unprofessional, on their cell phone and rude when asked questions like where the napkins were and it took 30 min for them to create two subs. The store was empty it was just me and one other person. Jimmy johns chains are my favorite sandwich shop. I travel a lot and have been to many in locations all over the U.S and they all have been great. This is my first bad experience. Please address this, hurts the reputation of a great brand.

Slowest jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. There were barely any customers in there and they would put out one sub every 5 minutes with 5 people working. There’s one lady that’s “managing” the process and is the least efficient human I’ve witnessed. She just yells at the team and micromanages horribly. Feel like they missed training. Plus I get home and open my order and it’s not even correct. Would be in your favor to drive to the further jimmy John’s to get your order correct and within a reasonable timeframe.

Ordered a lil Jimmy. This “sandwich” literally had one slice of meat on it. I’m using my finger as a reference to see the width. The actual size of the sandwich is ok for something considered little. But the meat….one thin slice, is laughable. Thank God for condiments otherwise I would choke on this bread sandwich.

Truly one of the best experiences … I placed an online order and didn’t realize until I was home that one of the sandwiches was missing. I called the store and the woman who answered the phone (I wish I got her name) apologized profusely, made the sandwich, and delivered it to my home personally. Just … wow. Above and beyond. Disaster. Something so simple turned so bad with such an untrained and unmotivated staff. Order taker struggles to take a simple sandwich order and gets it wrong. One sandwich maker can’t keep up with call in and walk in orders. Staff standing around looking lost. Took forever. AVOID this LOCATION
