One of the only places that charges you $3 for drinks and gives no refills. The chow mein taste terrible and worse than a dollar frozen dinner. Some of the employees are quite unfriendly and has an attitude while some are wonderful.

We came to Sugarloaf Mills to see a movie and have a day with the kids. We decided to eat first and most of us chose Panda Express. The food was prepared quickly and it tasted good. The service was good; everyone was pleasant and their area was clean. I was expecting prices to be higher at the mall, but I paid right around $11.00 for this bowl and drink. We also go the apple pie egg rolls because none of us had tried them. We liked all of our food. The temperatures were perfect and the taste was too.

I received good service from the employees. The orange flavored chicken, the rice and chow mein was good. But the honey sesame chicken was very nasty. They definitely cooked it. The green beans in it were shriveled up and dry, the bells peppers were burnt and the sauce tasted disgusting so the chicken tasted disgusting. This will be going in the trash. This was my first time eating at this location. I wasted my money. I wish I had only got the orange flavored chicken. The other entree I originally wanted wasn’t available and I didn’t have time to wait for it to cook because I was on my lunch.

Better than the other Mall Food Court options but the lack of service and having to wait 15min for our entrees to be prepped earns this less than desirable Panda Express at Sugarloaf Mills a 2-star. *When consulting the ‘manager’, she was quick to speak and slow to listen. The food was typical but not as steaming hot as other locations.

Just awful customer service. I ordered a big order for a business lunch at my office. One item was left out and trying it get a refund for their mistake was impossible. They tried to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility. The manager was yelling at me and not listening to my issue. They have wrong information and are poorly trained. Food was fine, but I will never order from this store again. Stay away.

The food was fair. I’ve had better here. The service was horrible. It was 7:00 and we didn’t know they closed at 8:00. We ordered, asked if they had veggies, and received a curt “No”. It would have been better if we were told we’re not cooking anymore, because of the closing time. Then we got one wrong entree with only an “Oh” when my husband pointed it out. She did fix it right away. The 2 up front were playing with each other the whole time…so rude. No “thank you”…just poor customer service all around. But there’s a Panda Express less than 10 minutes away, so I’ll stick with that one.
