I recently visited Quesada in Sault Ste. Marie and had a burrito, and it was a great experience overall. The burrito was fresh, well-made, and full of flavor. The restaurant has a nice and comfortable seating area, which made the visit even better.
I especially want to appreciate Mr. Abhishek for his excellent service. He was polite, professional, and very welcoming. I felt well treated, and his attention to detail really stood out.
Great food, great taste, and great customer service. Highly recommended!

Wonderful vegan burritos + thoughtful, lovely staff! Was passing thru, Saturday eve, on route back home to Saskatchewan after picking up some canning equipment from London, when I made the fateful decision to grab a bite to eat. The young woman working made me feel as though I was already home. Can’t wait to come back to relive the heartfelt welcome, food and warm smile!

You dont taste the corn or anything else in the bowl, all you taste is the overwhelming amount of heat and spice they add to it. Same with the tacos and I choose everything mild.
You’re supposed to add heat as you needed being thrown down your throat.
Another waste of cash.
Whats wrong with the restaurants here all doing the same. How bout keeping your spice in your pants and adding hot sauce to containers.

I dissected the taco. The ground beef filling had chill. The vegetables has chili’s. The taco wasnt toasted or heated up, cheese wasnt melted, chinzy portions for $15 for 3 tacos. Highway robbery. ENOUGH WITH THE CHILIS, NOT EVERYONE LIKES CHILIS.

I’ve ordered a few times from this location the last few weeks while I’m staying in Sault. This is the worst Quesada location I’ve ever been to. First off they don’t have uber couriers delivering the orders (because the owner is cheap) and every time I’ve ordered it’s taken over an hour to be delivered. When it’s been delivered I paid for extra spicy chicken. There is barely any chicken in this bowl. It wouldn’t even constitute as a regular serving of chicken. Stay away from this place. Run by extremely cheap people. Take your money elsewhere.

$12 for a large size bowl which is not even half, when i told the lady owner about the less quantity she started yelling at me and made a scene in the restaurant.
She wanted me to charge extra $5 for adding a spoonful of rice and was very very rude, i have been to other Quesadas they are good but this one is pretty bad and the owner is worse.
She doesn’t even know how to talk to customers and shes in her own ‘ i don’t care’ fantasy world.
I feel sorry for the people who work with her. And i will escalate this issue to the higher authorities too.

This place is an absolute gem! The food is unbelievably delicious – packed with flavor and always fresh! The service is top-notch; everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The owner, Neha, truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience. You can really tell they care about quality and community.
