It may have legit been the worst $19 I have ever spent ANYWHERE. I got their triple cheeseburger meal with onion rings, and the total came out to almost 19 bucks. It’s not the price that bothered me, but rather the quality of the food. For 19 dollars I expected to have a decent meal ( at least from a fast food place), but the entire meal was very bland and just flavorless. They tried to cover up the tasteless burger by drowning it in ketchup and mayonnaise, but it only made the burger Extremely Messy bc they had put way too much in it. Absolutely not worth the money. Not to also mention that their soda machine had problems. Their CO2 tank may have gone bad because all the soda tasted flat and expired. In other words, all their soda tasted pretty bad. And, yes I did try a sip of all of them just to be sure. I definitely Regret spending $19 there, when I could’ve gone literally ANYWHERE else, and literally ANYTHING would’ve been better for that amount.

Bottom line: If you don’t want to support Veterans on Veterans Day, then don’t. We don’t expect it, but we appreciate it.
Thank you Dairy Queen for the Veterans Day generosity. We were excited to learn of the DQ Med Blizzard offering for Veterans Day (VD).
Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the unwelcoming and annoyed attendant. As we asked if they were participating in the VD offering we were quickly met with the phrase “only one”. I was accompanied by two other US Military veteran family members and sought to clarify with the attendant. She took the first order request then ignored the other two. I then sought clarification and offered my military ID, which she ignored. I was so shocked/humiliated by the encounter and dismissal, we weren’t even able to order additional items we had planned.
This was a very comfortable encounter that I’m sure goes against the intent of the DQ leadership.
I discussed my encounter with other service members/US Military veterans across the country (Florida + Texas) and no one else encountered anything remotely like this. They were meet with eager attendants that happy served them medium blizzards. We were dismissed with Blizzard Mini’s.

Food was good. I had a chili cheese dog. I really came for the banana split. Very tasty. Restaurant is clean folks are friendly. The place was very quiet when we came.

I’ve never been in such an uninviting restaurant. When I tried to place my order I was given an impatient attitude, and general rudeness. She didn’t listen to what I said, and then got smart with me. I would’ve gotten food for my coworkers too, but I’ll just get their lunches else where.

Royal Cheesecake blizzard disgusting. The cheesecake chunks were hard, rough, and stale. This is not acceptable or normal for DQ. Please do better don’t sell this if these aren’t eatable, we pay for the food and service.

I walk in before 9pm and stand in line. The guy in front of me orders food and ice cream. I get my turn to order and all of a sudden the grill is closed. I go check the door and the hours say the place closes at 930pm. I understand if you have a cut off time but I was in line before that time and I should have been taken care of. Avoid yourself the trouble of dealing with this particular Dairy Queen.

EDIT: Google says this business keeps “confirming” their hours, and the hours they confirm are not correct per their door signage. They are NOT open until 10pm, and they stop serving food at 9pm.
