I can’t remember a time that I have been to any franchise and have been so impressed with the staff as I was here tonight. Is 19 November, 2025 and whoever was working at 8:55 PM deserves a raise. That guy was in there all by himself, handling orders, polite, factual in his timeline, and my pizza was great. Great job to whomever hired the person working today.

The part of the crust that the toppings are on was so flimsy on both pizzas. On the Canadian bacon and pineapple, there was hardly any pineapple and not a lot of bacon. On the hamburger and onion with mushrooms, there was only a couple of chunks of hamburger on each slice of pizza, not a lot of onions or mushrooms. The time frame that was given to us that they would be delivered was between like 7:15-7:25. Instead they were delivered to us at 6:43 when we had submitted the order at 6:23. Also the pizza was not really hot. So it’s like as soon as you guys got the order you made it with the minuscule amount of the toppings we needed and put on there. Worst experience I have ever had from Papa John’s, especially this location.

I have been waiting for a response from my formal complaint to corporate. I have been customer for this location for over 2 years. Last month I got pizza and had fly in it. I know the folks are really nice and probably just was a mistake which happens with anyone. The problem was when I escalated the situation through corporate website, no one has yet responded to the complaint, which is very disappointing.

I placed an order for delivery and the driver called while he was on the way and stated he did not feel comfortable delivering it to the building where I was (law enforcement building). He stated he would not let me come out and meet him at his vehicle. Baffled, I called the store and spoke to the manager, James. He was very apologetic and personally delivered the pizza himself.

Missing Link
Well this location used to be good. Ordered online and picked up our food. Got home only to find they put the wrong pizza in the box. The sticker was correct but the pizza wasn’t. Called and spoke to a “manager” who said they’d call me back but never did. My wife went to pick up the pizza but was told “they couldn’t find it”. Then called back and said they found it and they couldn’t refund any money because it was zeroed out in their system. Avoid this location at all costs.
