Unexpected Lakeside Delight: Great Food, Great Service!
Who knew such a fantastic spot could be tucked away here? On our drive home, we decided to give this lakeside restaurant a try, and it proved to be an absolute “gem.” Although we were a bit wary of the smoking on the patio right by the entrance especially with young children, we’re glad we went in. The service was top-notch, and the food was simply superb.
From my delicious chicken, ham, and Swiss with perfectly seasoned fries to my wife’s enjoyable battered chicken sandwich, every dish impressed. Our son’s Sunrise Burger was cooked to perfection with an ideal egg, and his tots were a huge hit with everyone. Even the kids’ chicken strips had a memorable, delicious flavor.
The atmosphere, with live music starting and the stunning lake view, made for a truly pleasant dining experience. We absolutely will be back. Just be aware of the small charge for ranch dip, smoking is permitted at the entrance, and a gravel road leading here.

The guy we had was beyond amazing. He had a full bar then me and my three kids. He saw that i was working on things on the laptop waiting for food and brought over crayons and coloring books and talked with the kids. Even extra cherry which made my kids day. He went above and beyond what he had to and I am very grateful for it. Thank you again

First time going to Lake Appeal. Went to eat and go play some Bingo. A lot smaller than what I was thinking. But, nice little place in the lake. Our waitress Casey was amazing. Absolutely loved her. She understood my son’s gluten allergy and helped us out where she could so he could still eat. The food was also amazing. Great service and will definitely go back. They also have a great selection of food items. And during football they have different things going on during the Vikings game. Not a Vikings fan but still pretty cool.

Came in for lunch on a Friday. Place was packed. The 2 bartenders ran around, like jogging in between the bar, kitchen, and floor. Making sure everything was good. Super solid Reuben and Dago sandwiches. Would be here daily if we had a place on the lake. Great atmosphere.

Went for our 1st time to play bingo. Wanted to try somewhere new. We only ordered an appetizer before bingo. Got the boneless wings. Was served fast and just how I like it. Our bartender was amazing. I don’t remember his name, but he is a veteran and was on top of it. Nice up to date little place on the lake. We will definitely be back, just because of the service. I highly recommend checking out this little gem. Oh, and we won on bingo ☺️

Lake Appeil has the absolute best Gluten Free Pizza I have ever had. I have celiac and I’m picky so that says a lot!
