Let me start with saying that Placing an order at grapevine was not only a great experience but was done with such professionalism. Hala and Rana are amazing, kind and assured me that my order would be ready on time, and it was! The food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. They even went to several places to shop for an item that most stores were out of , so they can make sure my order wouldn’t miss anything! Thank you Rana and Hala, I will be sure to order from Grapevine for upcoming events and pass along my referrals! I have been coming here less and less over the years. The food used to be more consistent, but the quality and service have hit new lows. I have placed orders for pickup and been told they sold it, even though I let them know exactly what time I could get there. I have placed orders and been quoted one price, only to get there and be told the price has changed. I have been hung up on when I call to address my concerns and been told that I shouldn’t come back because I just want things for free. The last time I picked up my food it was extremely salty and the broth accompanying the food was sealed poorly and ended up everywhere in my car. I am sure I am not the only one with these concerns. The person running this business has no interest in doing better or improving customer satisfaction. I will definitely not be returning to this place of business and will also share my experience with my family and friends.

I recently ordered food from this place, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was top-notch. I like this business generally. Hardworking and very organized. Food is good. However most businesses around here have stopped buying cola and Pepsi because of boycott. Grapevine is still buying and selling these items. It’s weird that they haven’t changed yet. I’ll change my review after this inshallah. Also I’m not sure where they source their meat from. Would like more information on this. Would be best if they get their meat from muslim businesses or halal certified. If they can make sure this is the case that would be much better and to post the certification. JazakAllahukhairan

I order platters from this restaurant at least once a month. I always call in advance for it to be ready at a certain time. In April I ordered a platter and a side of kibbah. I sent my family member to pick up the order, after arriving with the food I realized that we were missing our side of kibbah. So in May when I ordered a platter I let the lady know and she acknowledged the situation and was apologetic and added the side of kibbah to this order. After driving off when I went to pick up the order I decided to call and verify that I was given my entire order.. they forgot the kibbah again so I had go back around and get the remainder of my order. The last 2 times I’ve ordered from there I’ve asked for my platter to be customized and they managed to get it wrong. So yesterday after picking up I called to speak to them and Rana instantly got defenses and argumentative she began to aggressively argue that I placed my order wrong. I understand that human error occurs and that’s ok but when a paying customer calls to inform you of an error there is no reason to get loud and rowdy before the customer can even get two words in. This place (or at least Rana) doesn’t care about its customers experience. Also do not get my started on how oily this places rice is. It’s a hit or miss.

Prices are relatively higher than other bakeries for no additional reason.
Store is dirty needs attention ,signs all over the place like don’t eat here , don’t touch here…..even the menu looks filthy white toilet paper.

My husband and I have ordered from here for 4 years but the last two times I feel you served me the scraps you would give to an animal. I’ve never seen someone roll dawali as terrible as you have the last few times. The grape leaves are hard and chewy and all over the place. Today we fasted all day because it is Ramadan and we were obviously hungry so we had to eat it because there was no other option. I just can’t believe you sold this to us it’s disappointing. We won’t be back.

This place is the best place for your stuffed lamp, I ordered fareekah one and it was really yummy, tell them well done if you like it very well cooked and you won’t regret. The humus they made with it was fantastic
