Ordered delivery, came in reasonable amount of time, delivery guy was friendly!
We special ordered a garlic stuff crust with Philly meat, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives,and spinach with Alfredo sauce. It was a bomb combination, think Philly cheese steak on a pizza basically. A little spendy but we added all those toppings, so makes sense.
Ordered again today for delivery, I can’t put up a separate review so ill just add here, it was so so good and they were speedy with delivery!!! 10/10 this location is awesome. Highly recommend trying the new garlic stuffed crust.

No big deal but got the wrong order delivered. I made a quick call and they had the whole fresh order on the way back over. Only charged once, the manager helped me out and made it right. Top tier customer service!

Ordered online and apparently they use door dash as a delivery method. When door dash showed delivered there was no pizza to be found, not their fault, however when I called to enquire for any remedy to the issue I was told, “I’m can’t help you since it’s a third party.” They are the ones that chose the service but they don’t want to resolve any issues when they arise.

Terrible. If you order late at night you get hurried food. Had better Papa Johns in third-World Countries. Driver dropped off the food and TOOK OFF like a bat outa Hell. Now I know why!

So impressed with the service of this location! They called right away to let me know they were out of stock of a product so I could pick an alternative. Then, when they delivered to our Assisted Living building (Elysian Senior Homes), the delivery driver could not make it up the hill due to the immense amount of snow. The delivery driver WALKED our entire order up the hill to our building. This required him to take TWO TRIPS up and down the hill while carrying our food in about a foot of snow.

I know it shouldnt be a big deal when people do their job but I have had PJ’s in a lot of states and Cities……. This was the best. Everything was perfect most noteable is the breadsic box was closed properly and not leaking it always happens. Great attn to detail.

We order take out a few times a month. Tonight we ordered Papa John’s online which we typically don’t have an issue with. Our pizza left the restaurant at 5:14 and didn’t arrive at our home (less than 10 min away) until after 6. The delivery guy said they were busy and he took 3 orders out and we were the last ones. It is cold and gross but at least correct. I called the manager to ask where our pizza was when it had been 40 min since we were notified it was on the way and we still didn’t have it. He argued with me about the difference of 2 minutes (he said he hadn’t left until 5:16, my text from the store is timed at 5:14- not sure why that makes any difference). He told me I needed to wait until it arrived to request a remake of the order. I have a 7 year old who was hungry and no way could we wait another hour to eat. So disappointed in the service by the manager for not just automatically sending a new one asap when I spoke with him. The pizza is inedible to me so I’m having cereal while my kid devours it because he’s so hungry. Such poor form. We won’t order again.

Just consumed the new Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites and boy, where they good! Dough was so soft, lots of cheese, chicken in every bite and smothered in garlic butter! The marinara was great with them but I could’ve eaten them as is! I did order their XL New York style pizza one topping special as well. That…was not too great. It wasn’t horrible but I did order it with extra sauce and it was not saucy. A little on the dry side actually. It seemed light on the cheese too. I saw a lot of open areas on the pizza. Not sure why that is but what can you expect for an $11 pizza. End result; chicken parm bites are bangin! Skip their New York style and order a 3 topping New York style from Dominoes for the same price! That one was much better!
