I I like to go to Tim Hortons quite often the fact that I can pay for my bagel pay for the extra cream cheese after paying for the cream cheese that’s on it and then I received my bagels and they have nothing on them. I have discussed this with this location on Navarre Avenue. They truly don’t care. It’s hard as heck to even contact anybody from corporate or franchise or anything just simply thinking about not going through them anymore.

We are from out of town and have never had Tim Hortons before. We were excited to try it. Safe to say the excitement turned to irritation after waiting 30 minutes for our food. Staff was constantly looking confused and arguing with each other. Not to mention their bathroom smelled like straight up sewage. I stood at the counter waiting and when brought to their attention the guy working was helpful in finding and executing our order.

This location is so disorganized and lacks any kind of customer service it is insane. I have consistently ordered from here every morning before work and within the last week the service and wait times have become more appalling. I will arrive at the drive thru at 7:15am and will not leave that drive thru until 7:45am. I should not have to be in line that long especially when I am doing mobile orders. There is a new hire of an older lady named Kristen and she has learned nothing from training. Every morning I get to the window she always tells me I owe an amount but it is already paid for through the mobile ordering-yet no matter how many times I’ve witnessed other employees showing her and explaining to her-she does this every morning. You can audibly hear the other employees yelling and getting frustrated with her. Kristen has also handed me my order wrong every single morning. I understand she is new but again when I’m consistently seeing her be shown the correct way and yet she still is making mistakes she needs to go. She is slowing the flow and production down every morning. Today on 2/4/26 for this particular order I decided to place an INSIDE pickup order where I placed it while I was STILL at my own home. By the time I showed up to Tim Hortons 10 minutes later the order was still not finished. There’s a line out the door along with the drive thru line wrapped around the building. Kristen was on donut duty and she was just standing there doing nothing. By the time I got up to the counter I told the girl (I don’t know her name) that I was there for my pick up order. She tells me my food was ready and that all she had to do was make my ice Capp. But then when I step to the side to wait she then proceeds to take 3 more walk in orders. So not only was my pick up order not ready after 10 minutes but now I’m waiting even more longer for my drink as my food is sitting on the counter and she takes 3 more orders AND completes them of people who just walked in. If I would’ve known I could’ve just did a walk in to get faster service I wouldn’t have placed the pick up order but the point was to have it done and ready beforehand. By the time I got my order my food of course was cold. No thought or consideration, remorse or apology from the employee. There’s only 3 morning employees that are kind and consistent that I know I can count on but if they aren’t there or already busy you’re screwed with the other options. I wish I knew their names but I know one is the manager Rachel, another is a bigger guy with glasses who does the drive thru window a lot, and the other is a bigger girl with short red hair and she wears a lot of necklaces and has friendly conversation about her kittens. Those three are organized, kind and friendly, knows what they’re doing, is quick, and correct every time. There seriously needs to be a change with the customer service and the employees’ organization because I am refusing to go there until done so unless I have more than half an hour and even then that is uncalled for.

We ordered a couple items from this location, one of them being a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. This sandwich was completely charred, I’m not talking part of it. I mean the whole thing, burnt, inedible. We’ve already have had multiple issues with this location, whether it be forgetting items in our order or just straight up never having food. This is the last straw, will not be coming back. Thanks.

Ordered a croissant sandwich on DoorDash, along with a sausage and cheese biscuit. I cannot make this up, they gave 1/4 of a cut sausage patty on our sandwiches, as well as completely left out the egg on the croissant and burnt the bread to a crisp. Tried to call the establishment, but the phone doesn’t even work. I never leave reviews or complain about stuff like this but as someone who also works in food service, I could not believe they would serve someone food like that. Unbelievable

Terrible donuts taste old and dry. I was disappointed because it was for elderly sister. I couldn’t go back to tell them about the old donuts. My sister smile got turned upside down after biting into the donuts.. Terrible! One chance for first impression. I will not stop here again. I didn’t get a receipt . So,I couldn’t do a survey to leave my feed back.

Order though the drive 10 tidbit and Carmel ice coffee pull up and try to give me black coffee with ice we let the lady know this is not what we ordered she took the coffee back and only tried selling the tidbits and did not want to replace the coffee order I ask if they could at least add another order of tidbits 10 of them the lady told me no that there’s cars behind me there was only one. So I left told her didn’t want the order. Very poor customer service. I don’t think I’ll be back there anytime soon.

Just bought coffee there. Waited 15 mins, paid $10 and got cold coffee. And it might not even be the coffee I ordered. Can’t say I am surprised though. This store has never been on top of things.

courtney, nate, and quakoo (probably spelt that wrong) were AMAZING!!!! like i’m making this review for no reason at all other than the fact that they were so helpful bcuz im so hungry and wanted everything and needed some opinions and they all helped out and were so patient! we love tim hortons now!
