My family and I went here a few weeks back. I’ll start this review with the things I likes most then work my way down to the things that weren’t the best at this establishment. 1st off the employees were amazing, so friendly and polite. They helped answer any and all questions we had. I also like the fact that they had ice cream lol as for the atmosphere and setting. The pool table was a lot of fun and my daughter got to play pool for the first time. The seating…… kinda looks like a middle school child made it for a school project but it works for what it was intended for. The food… I don’t know how not to be blunt about it so I’ll just say it. It’s not the best. Was way heavy on the seasoning on all burger and other food we ordered. Everything was just … off …. I won’t personally be back and my wife agrees. There are better options with better locations and food for the same cost. I love supporting local businesses but when I can’t finish my food, yeah. I mean it’s edible, I think, but not great.

My family and I went for an early dinner while road tripping. We were fairly impressed with our experience. The BBQ burger was amazing and full of flavor! The kids chicken strips were a good portion of food and kid approved. The turkey club was delicious and a healthier option of food. The service and atmosphere were pleasant. The women’s restroom was decent and clean. However, the men’s room was less pleasant and needed some attention in terms of cleaning. The urinal looked like it could use a good scrub.

Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and got the mushroom Swiss burger and a chef salad. Both big portions and very tasty. Onion rings are great and fry sauce is tasty. Waffle fries were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Mozzarella sticks with big and had a nice batter on them. Service was friendly and fast and the whole place is clean and nice inside. Definitely coming back again! Don’t let the parking lot fool you, it’s definitely worth stopping in.

Great burger place. The ambiance is laid back and great service. I highly recommend the onion rings and mozzarella sticks. The bacon jalapeño jam burger is highly recommended.

Pretty unique place. Can play pool there. Food was pretty good. Husband liked his waffle fries. I was glad they had fry sauce and their rootbeer was excellent. Would recommend.

I guess I was expecting more for the 4.7 star review rating.
But this was more like food you’d get at the bowling alley, nothing amazing personally. I would have DEF rather have gone to Sully’s GatroPub
It’s like a concession areas up front where you order, (no photos) they do serve beer.
There is a pool table and 3 TVs.
My teen son who got the chicken strips (he gets these almost everywhere we eat) Rated them 2.5. (overall venue 3.5)
I got the wings, they are small, the sauce was really yummy, but I just feel like they were not as good as other places. 3.9 star on wings but overall experience 3.5(mostly the overall food and place vibe)
Hubby got the philly “more bread then philly”
3.7 (overall review due to nice staff 4.2)
Overall family review 3.73 nothing to do with waitress, she works the front, and makes food, and brings to table. She’s definitely busy all with a smile.
Lil kids that like fried food will like this place better I think.

I went here twice in once week. I ate here for lunch to try the place and I was impressed. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries. It was reasonably priced and I thought it was good. I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting the chicken to be a chicken patty, similar to what you’d get at a grocery store. I was thinking more of a hand battered type of chicken tender. But it was still good! I then came back with my wife. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with the onion rings. They don’t charge extra for the onion rings, which I thought was cool. The burger was my wife’s favorite part of the meal. It’s not mentioned on the menu, but it’s actually a DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger. The burger and chicken sandwich has nice large buns. The onions were very good. We also ordered the loaded waffle fries. Loaded means bacon chunks and shredded cheese. These weren’t our favorite because they were quite fry, maybe from being cooked and then baked to melt the cheese? Maybe nacho cheese would help here. We also got the mozzarella sticks, which I enjoyed. Excellent cheese pull. I recommend dipping them in the ranch. Lastly, we got a dozen chicken wings. We had the option to split the dozen wings to have two different types of sauce. We had mango habanero and Buffalo. I was pleasantly surprised. These wings were my favorite of everything I tried. They were crispy, but not too crispy you couldn’t tell the bone from meat. The inside was moist and the chicken and sauce was great. $11 for 12 traditional wings, that’s a great deal anywhere. I also want to mention that on Google, it shows this place as a coffee shop, not a restaurant. So I hope that gets updated, so people can find this place easier. The inside is nice enough and they have a pool table and TVs. We will be definitely coming back. I recommend Off The Rails Cafe.

Food was good and fair priced. Burger patties were good enough but doubled up. You get what you order, it’s good, there’s tvs, and decent seating. It looks a little like what you’d expect from its exterior and location. It’s worth a try if the menu calls to you.

We went for the first time, for lunch. It wasn’t very busy when we were there. My husband ordered the 8 piece wings, and I ordered the French dip with onion rings. My husband did the wings were a 10 on his scale. He loved them. My French dip was delicious, but the top of the roll was a little cold in the middle area. It does take a while to get your food. I felt bad for the guys at the table next to us. They were sitting at the table waiting for their food before we ordered, and their food came right before ours. They had to ask for a to go box because they didn’t have time to sit and eat it. If we are short on time, we probably won’t go here, but if we are in no rush, then we will be back. I want to try their burgers. They looked amazing. The staff is so very nice. We have gone back several times, and the food is always delicious. We love the new cards they have that if you go 5 times, you get $5.00 off your next visit. Anything you order will be fantastic.
