Wife and I were traveling through Ogden and stopped here because if the reviews. Definitely 5 Stars worthy. Low key atmosphere and great service. The pizza was great, and the homemade ranch dressing was so good. I’ll search this place out when I’m here next time and as I’m wanting to try their grinder.

Piccolo’s is the only pizza I can eat anymore. I trust that their ingredients are the highest quality and I have never had better tasting pizza anywhere. We love to take the whole family, order two GIANT salads with their delicious homemade dressings, bread sticks and a large pizza with fresh mozzarella cheese. The owners and staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet and the service is excellent. We truly feel taken care of every time we go there which is often! In fact whenever we get in the car to go to town my 2 year old asks, “Go pizza??” If we ever move we will have to take Piccolo’s with us. That’s all there is to it.

The food was ok. My wife and I went there because we were told that they had good food. I wasn’t really impressed. My wife ordered a pasta dish as part of a dinner that came with soup, salad and garlic bread. The soup was a minestrone and it was lukewarm borderline cold and watery. The salad my wife got was literally lettuce, one thin slice of salami, and a small hot pepper with ranch. The pasta was also not really impressive and also not very hot. I ordered a grinder and it was something that I could have easily made at home and taste better. The only thing my wife and I agreed that was really good was the bredge sticks those were delicious with the marinara sauce. Overall okay food and the service was so so probably not going to go back there.

My boyfriend and I just had dinner there an hour or so ago. It took about 4 minutes to be seated, we got drinks right away and our ordered taken very quickly. We ordered the bredge sticks, I had the calm linguine dinner, my boyfriend had a calzone. The soup was super hearty, I was not expecting that at all usually starter soups are mostly broth so it was a pleasant surprise. Our waitress Rachel (?) was on top of refills and we went through quite a few glasses of soda, so that was great. Our entrées were good, nice size potions, great flavors. Overall a good experience. The only complaint I have was the salad, it really is just lettuce, this isn’t the only restaurant that does the same thing but still they could step that up. Otherwise awesome staff, great food.

We moved here from Florida in June and until tonight, had thought we would never eat authentic, good pizza again…This seems to be a family owned business where the owner REALLY CARES about his food. They put really fresh, high quality pepperoni and salami (I think) on their house salad, which really is a great addition. The server said their dressings are freshly made there…really great. Then the owner came out with our pizza, which he said he was trying something new, utilizing different flour and a different process in the oven/grill..First, that tells me right there that he cares about the food he is turning out and has a passion for it…that makes a huge difference. Well….the pizza was awesome! Really light and airy, and NOT GREASY! It was nice to NOT FEEL like I just ate a lead sinker for a change. My husband and I are picky…we went to the popular place right down the street not too long ago….you know, where they put the pizza on a conveyer through the oven and it’s all pre-prepared and that place was awful…For the life of me, I do not know how they get so much business…Hello people!!! Go to Picollo’s and you will never return to THE OTHER PLACE! This is real, unadulterated pizza. Keep up the good work! Now if we could just find a GOOD Chinese restaurant, we will really be happy!

I am sad that I no longer live in Ogden, I no longer get to enjoy this pizza. I lived in the area for about 3 years and Piccolo’s was hands down the best pizza joint in town. The place is a little run down looking, but not dirty, and service is kinda a hit or miss…even if the service was horrible I would go back for more!

Didn’t like the sausage on the calzone. Tasted like it had been in the freezer for too long. The salad was really basic and boring. The cheese bread was good and the service was pretty good.
