Came for lunch and didn’t do pick up like I usually do (mistake). The lady was rude and got angry because I was ordering 2 different sandwiches. She whispered something to another worker “I said pardon me”? Then she told me “go pay” and ran off. The assembly line didn’t make my sandwich right then and I had to wait 20 minutes I’m not sure why, but they made other people’s sandwich and I saw them come after and leave before me. Is this a thing now? They don’t make the sandwich in front of you right then? I’ll stick to pick up orders, since you still have to wait when going in. The sandwiches were AMAAAZING and soooo good!!!! A lot of meat!! Would not go back to this location

We had the mini turkey & ham with chips & sweet tea… Also had a mini #9 club supreme with chips & sweet tea.. Both were good , but the wheat bread was really hard and dried out. Other than that , it was ok….

Back home we do not have a Jersey Mike’s Subs. We see the commercial’s all the time though. We are staying in Nashville for our Anniversary and wanted something Light for lunch so we weren’t starving for dinner later. We got the #2-Jersey Shore Giant & the #9 Club Supreme Regular. Oh wow! Normally, subs from other chains come either soggy or hard. Jersey Mike’s did not disappoint. Very fresh ingredients, plentiful fillings, and the Rosemary Parmeson Sub Bread was so delicious. Very flavorful all around. We are completely satisfied with what we received. Delivery time, packaging, and price… PERFECT! Thank you for a wonderful first time experience! (We even have 1/2 of both our subs left for a snack later tonight or tomorrow).
