I’m inclined to have good feelings about a food truck taco and great experiences like this one keep the streak alive.
The TWO tacos in the picture, packaged to go (well, duh, it’s a food truck), included an Asada and Pastor, a different container of what tastes like homemade sauce FOR EACH one, plus some cucumber slices and cooked onion and fresh cilantro. AND THE TORTILLAS ARE HOMEMADE!
For $6. Not each, for both. I would love them just as much at twice the price. And don’t be mad when they raise the price.
The large horchata I got from the truck next door was good, but $5.

The most delicious quesadilla I tasted . And I had lots of authentic yummy quesadillas.I like how they make the queso cripsy like it would be in a birria taco. The portions are great. I usually eat half of the quesadilla and leave the other half for later because theres a lot of meat :)Also love the tacos too, so juicy. They gave me plenty of sauces. The lady is also always smiling and sweet. Try the melon juice its delicious and refreshing

Love their quesadillas and their cabeza and pastor tacos! Tacos are juicy, and they will add queso if you ask. They’re cash only, but that’s fine. Their salsa verde is spot on, but their best sauce for the tacos is salsa roja. It has such good flavor! The staff is patient and friendly.

The price for the food is not equivalent to the quality of the food – these people put their entire soul into their food. It is impeccable in taste, quick in service, and full of smiles. I would absolutely recommend – and have – anyone who is interested in high quality, authentic food at a good price. Will definitely come back once a week and have been!
