The lobster is fresh frozen at Sports Beat. It’s good but not as good as JEAGER’S. For the same price JEAGER’S serves a fresh lobster with boiled corn and potatoes, soup and salad for $25.00. The Wednesday steak night is a good deal. On Saturdays they serve $2.00 burgers and hot dogs all day, much smaller than the regular burger and it’s plain. By the time you ad a $1 upcharge for every extra ingredient including cheese, grilled onions etc. You might as well get the regular sized burger…it comes with fries and is a least 8 to 12 ounces of meat. The salads and chicken tenders are a good deal. It’s a smoky bar so prepare yourself.

Stopped in for the first time to meet some friends. Very affordable drinks, and I ordered some food, as it was a Wednesday and they had steak night with a very inexpensive price. You go inside and order at the bar, and you have to buy a drink to get the special price of the meal, I got a Modelo beer for 3.75 and the steak was 12. It came with mashed potatoes and a veggie. As we sat there, I noticed the vegetable changed over the course of the night. Mens restroom was to the left of the bar, and womens to the right side of the bar. We sat outside under the tent, and I did notice people were smoking outside, not sure about inside. The steak was very tender, and thicker than I expected it to be. Everything was very tasty, and I was shocked for the price to be honest. From placing the order to getting the food, there was a bit of a wait, longer than just a restaurant, but it was very busy, and I didn’t mind as we were chatting and drinking. I would recommend and I’ll be back

We love coming here on Mondays. Best place for if you want to go to a casual bar, but don’t want too much rowdiness. It’s so chill here. A lot of space to hang out. They have great deals, esp the lobster monday! Everyone here is so nice. Love Miss T! She’s the sweetest.

So smoky! I had no idea it was ok to smoke where food was being served! There was an outdoor tent set up but, it was about to storm. Lobster night was a great deal! Just be prepared for the smoke in the bar.

What a great little hole in the wall dive bar and grill. Food is delicious and the beers are cold. Plenty of TV’s and seating inside and outside. Stop in for a late night bite to eat. Open late to at least 1am. Grill is open late until 1 also. Nice bartenders too.

Absolutely amazing value for a Local. Craig the Executive chef produces very good quality bar food. By no means fine dining but terrific comfort eats. Dawn and Michelle absolutely rock the bar and the floor. Total professionals in that they are in constant motion, providing exceptional service, atmosphere and familiarity to the guests. A hidden in plain sight gem in Metairie.

Came in here on Wednesday night and will never come back in here again. The steak took forever, the rest of my table was done by the time we received our food. They substituted our carrots which we thought we were getting, for corn. We were never told we were getting corn, and keep in mind I have a condition where I can’t eat corn. All I asked was for a refill on a coke and was told I had to go to the bar. Later that night, the same server (Sherri) told me I was rude. Worst service I’ve had in my life. I would highly recommend staying away from here.
