Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. This was delivery and the “supreme’” was delivered without being baked. Called and poor “James” had no idea how to assist. Will not use this location again.

This delivery process is crazy. We ordered a pizza around 10 pm- I understand they close at 11, but they shouldn’t have accepted my order if they wanted to deal with the order the way they did. I received an email at 11 pm saying the order is on the way. I then received an email stating that the order was delivered at 11:15. It is now 11:50 pm and I just now received my order. The man that delivered the pizza, wasn’t even from Marcos. Marcos refused to deliver, so they called DoorDash to deliver the pizza. On top of that, I tipped $25 to the delivery driver (2x the amount of our order) (I understand that late ordering is NOT ideal, and I wanted to show my gratitude) and the DoorDash delivery driver said they only gave him $10. Never again will I order from this branch. Shameful service all around.

I’m up and down on this location. Good one time, not great the next. The bone in wings I got tonight looked like they had been sitting in a freezer for 6 months. Soggy and not good. Ate one and threw the rest away. Bake was ok but not great. I want to love Marcos simply because the Papa John’s in this area is absolutely horrid and I won’t eat Dominos anymore. Meh.

I was hungry…we’ve all been there. And Marcos called out to me. Not verbally. But I remembered the Hawaiian Chicken. This isn’t for the haters. And I kept thinking about it this pizza. So I had to re order. It was amazing the second time! I took pics this time. If you like pizza, give them a call. Order whatever you’re craving!

I placed an order for pizza at 1:30 p.m. for a scheduled 6:00 p.m. delivery. It is now 8:15 p.m., and I still have not received my order. I called the restaurant for an update and was assured the delivery would arrive by 7:00 p.m., yet here I am still waiting. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Please redo your delivery area. Pizza Hut across the road from you delivers to us but not Marcos. I understand that there was a Marcos in dawsonville that had a delivery area including this part of Cumming years and years ago but it closed. I prefer Marcos but end up ordering Pizza Hut because they deliver to us. I feel like you are missing out on a lot of business.

Marcos, Chain pizzas are not usually this good. The quality of the cheese and perfect chew on the crust is phenomenal. My favorite is pepperoni and Italian sausage. Try to order and pick it up and bring you a paper plate and try that 1 slice before you get home. It’s sauce is not too sweet and it’s piping hot. Domino’s is like a store bought pizza from Walmart in comparison.

We ordered Marco’s in Salisbury NC. Very good pizza. So I decided to get a pie from the local shop. I have to say it was very disappointing. Went in at 2:00 pm. Greet by an older gentleman. I said I wanted to order a pizza. He just looked at me. Then looked at his phone and then looked back into the kitchen then instructed me to take a seat. There was no activity in the kitchen. Seemed a slow time for a pizza shop. After I took a seat he went into the back. I had to assume he was not comfortable in taking an order. Given all this, I simply left.
