I cannot express how amazing this Starbucks location is. I have been to so many different Starbucks in different states and all over the Upstate. This is by far has the BEST customer experience. You walk in, and are always greeted with genuine smiles. Nothing feels forced or pressured. From the beginning of your order till the end, they make sure you are happy and satisfied. Just spoke to Jesse the manager (very sweet) and I had to applaud him on his leadership of this store. Great job!!!

Brand new Starbucks! The place is very pretty and clean, and customer service is great. You are greeted as soon as you walk in. This is my second time coming to this location, and both times, the drinks I ordered tasted good! Compared to other locations, they make their drinks taste awesome!

It’s a shame that during the worst weather of 2026 winter Starbucks stays open to risk the lives of their employees for capital gains. The roads are dangerous and I’m pretty sure they don’t care that these young people have to risk it all. Shame shame shame on Starbucks.

I don’t know why she thought it was okay to give me this but she told me it’s supposed to look like this. This is the only drink I order from here and I’ve never had it with cinnamon stuck to the side of my cup because it usually gets blended fairly well. Smh. Go to any other Starbucks, not John b white.

I placed an order for delivery this morning for a mocha cookie frappe and pumpkin muffin…the muffin and frappe were both amazing but I wanted to share something that really touched my heart, put tears in my eyes…I struggle with mental health issues and every single year, around this time of year with the seasons changing and the holidays coming, I battle with my depression and anxiety a bit more than usual…some days are harder to just get out of bed…well, I just happened to glance at my cup and saw where the barista had written “You matter!”…I sat here just looking at the cup and tears started pouring down my face…I called and asked about the barista and was told that this sweet angel’s name is Ruth…Ruth, I can’t begin to tell you how much that meant to me and you are a true blessing…Starbucks has a special person who is working for them and I definitely have to get by there sometime and meet their precious, kind hearted barista…God bless you, Ruth!

I ordered food and coffee from this location and they forgot to put the good in the bag. Upon me requesting the correction the manage basically told me tough luck not her problem. I order from here everyday and have been for years. Starbucks will now entirely lose my business and i will be filing a corporate complaint against this manager. And if your the manager and you see this. You had a chance to make it right.

I’m a diabetic now so have to watch what I drink. Really missing my iced coffee. Told the young lady at the drive through my issue and they wiped me up a iced latte nonfat blonde exspresso sugar free vanilla. It’s excellent! I would highly recommend this place.

I usually don’t do the bad reviews but Haley at the drive thru tonight 6/6 had the nastiest attitude I’ve encountered at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not sure of her last name the last name was rubbed off but she has bad acne. She wanted me pull up at the window and just looked I sat there 2 mins before someone else walked off and asked if I wanted to order because the speaker was cut early. I don’t even truck this drink and will be bringing it back tomorrow when someone else is there to have it remade and speaking with a manager. Some idk can be avoided but she was just unacceptable.
