One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Our server, Jeffrey, was friendly & professional, supplying the advice & tips we needed to make it an exceptional dining experience. The chef somehow managed to nail the Tarte Flambé, taking me back to my times in France. The Salmon Rillette was scrumptious! A really great experience overall, big thanks to chef & staff.

A friend who used to be the Executive Chef at Crystal Bridges said Cleeta was a must and he wasn’t wrong!
The Green Goddess Salad is a show-stopper and great to share amongst 2-3 people. The tarragon in the dressing really elevates this dish.
Oysters – Solid choice. I did half east and half west coast.
Chicken Croquettes… excellent starter and comes with 2, so order more if you’re with a larger party. Everyone deserves to sample this.
Pozole Verde Campanelle – Lovely pasta dish. I’m a sucker for anything with Manchego.
Six Day Wagyu Brisket – This dish was delicious, but not our favorite. Not because anything was bad, but the other dishes seemed to outshine this one. Next time I’ll go for the Grilled Quail or Pastrami Lamb Ribs.
Overall, highly recommend Bar Cleeta. Staff was incredible, attentive and knowledgeable. Go hungry and with a group. Order as many items as possible.

Our experience here is worthy of a reddit post, but, alas, this is Google, so I’ll keep it PG… our last night in Bentonville before heading home from a 3 month long work trip…. made reservations at BC and it did not disappoint. Our server was an absolute maniac… it was fun until it wasn’t fun anymore… but without saying a word, management stepped in and removed the server without drama or chaos….
The food… well, it rivals many Michelin star restaurants we’ve been to in Chicago, NYC, and abroad. It rivals James Beard winners we’ve frequented. The wine and cocktail list is unmatched- excellent options, tons of wines by the glass that seem to change daily, THREE LAMBRUSCO OPTIONS (need I say more?!?!)… but the food, above all else, was absolutely divine. Not a dish we regretted ordering.
Roasted oysters in a chorizo broth, chicken croquettes, roasted carrots in a beef sabayon (so good), campanella with wild boar and nguja ragu, crispy pork belly and wagyu brisket. I still don’t know which was my favorite, because they were all so divine. Bentonville is a hell of a town. The food rivals some of the best food cities in the US. No kidding. I would move here in a heartbeat…. but Bar Cleeta tops them all. 10/10. I’d drive 1,200 miles just to eat here again.

Bar Cleeta is my partner and I’s go to for our anniversaries. It is centrally located. Privately owned and efficiently operated. The space itself is warm and rarely crowded. Each dish is obviously made with skilled intent and the menu has changed each time we have gone. Small plates here, so you get to try many things and experiment with pairings from a fabulous wine selection. The owners are very sweet. This is an experience for any special occasion.

Excellent customer service from our server! Very good drinks and vibe in Bentonville, Arkansas with shared plate dining. Our favorite dishes were the Spanish octopus and crispy bacon. We love that this spot was opened by a husband-and-wife team and an Arkansas native. This was our first trip to Bentonville and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality flavors!

I will have to say the delicious raw oysters with a mignonette was my fave! The beet risotto came in second but truly there wasn’t a bad thing on the menu! They have an extraordinary wine list and the cocktails were not bad either. My only constructive criticism would be to ease off the vinegar salt run on the potatoes with the octopus, other than that, not much else to say. A great place to share a bunch of small nibbles with chic atmosphere.
