Second time I ordered in the app a turkey sub with double the protein and it’s the same amount of turkey as the regular sandwich. The only way you get double is if you order in person a turkey sub, they say double protein after they put the regular on. It shouldn’t have to be trickery to get what you ordered. How many people get ripped off this way?

I went to the counter. The young man finished cashing out some other customers and came to me. I asked for a footlong meatball. He said they were out of meatballs for the night. Its 2+ hrs before closing, but whatever. He saw a coupon in my hand and before I had an opportunity to change my order he said “is that a coupon?” I said yes. He said “we quit taking those about 6 months ago.” So I shrugged and said “I suppose there are other Subways in town,” and left. I opted to eat somewhere other than Subway after this. I don’t necessarily expect all star service but maybe at least pretend to be interested in my business?

I went to this location April 8 2025 around 8pm and was so disappointed when I got such a rude employee I felt very dismissed and a bother because I came in 30 minutes before closing as the employee said. They refused to make the sandwich I asked which was a tuna sandwich because they didn’t want to go get the scoop so made me pick another sandwich. After complaining the entire time about having to clean I will not be back!

Subway is just subway. All subways suck in that they cost 3x what they used to. They’re usually always clean and the people working are typically always happy and friendly.

Actual worst experience I have had at a Subway. Alexis, the girl working, seemed fully uninterested in helping me despite being the only customer in line and acted like I was inconvieniencing her by having her do her job. Santitation was also poor with no cutting boards, just the dirty metal underneath. On top of all that, my order was wrong when I very clearly said no jalapenos, I stop paying attention for a second and leave after paying and there are jalapenos. This location needs an inspection from the health department and some new staff.

Would like to share my experience with manager at this location, Horrible horrible customer service, I sat and waited almost 15 mins to order my sandwich which was no problem they were busy, by the way there was 2 employees working the lady makes my sandwich and passed it to the cashier who was ringing up people in front of me and then he looks at my sandwich all wrapped and ready looks at me and walks away and starts taking orders from the long line of customers behind me, um hello then the lady starts ringing up people BEHIND me and my sandwich just keeps getting pushed behind so I say hello can I get my food as I’m standing there with my money in my hand and she says let me just finish with these people the peeps behind the others behind me, and then they gave my sandwich to another customer but still nothing said to me, like I’m invisible so I say something and need less to say after 35 mins I walked out no sandwich and some lady who was like 4 people behind me runs after me in Walmart to say I got your sandwich I think. What the hell subway, if you didnt take care of the 6 people behind me like I’m not worthy of your assistance then you wouldn’t have LOST my food.. well you lost a good customer. And you both should be fired I would have sent the man home to clean up and look half way presentable if I was the boss and that showed up.
