Food was warm at best, the bun was soggy so I could tell it was sitting for a while. I was using a walker because I am 2 weeks post options from knee replacement. The cashier decided to stop ringing me up and do a bunch of walk up, drink refills instead of completing my transaction so I could stand up there longer. Then, didn’t say a word and walked away, came back and stood there doing something with the register for a couple minutes, then just stood there staring at me. I didn’t get a receipt so I didn’t know if we were done or not and I didn’t want to walk away without my receipt. So, I asked if I needed to do anything else and she asked if I wanted anything else. I said no and she just said, ok. I asked if I could get my receipt so I could sit down and have my friend come get my food and she handed it to me and just kept staring with a blank expression. It was one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had in a while, she just was totally void of any type of expression.

This location is on central time unlike everything else around It that honors the eastern time zone. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:25 I was told they didn’t open for five minutes. Not a big deal so I waited. At 5:30, I was then told it would be 15 minutes before any food could be served as they had all gotten there late this morning. Just do what you say you’re going to do. I don’t understand why it is so hard.

We eat here maybe once every other week. The food is usually good but the service is average. We keep coming back, though. This last trip the food was still good but the quantity was horrible. We got a salad and it was as good as usual but the 4 piece chicken finger snack was very underwhelming. There were 4 very small fingers and 12 or 13 fries. For around $8, this was not worth it. This was taken out and I should have looked in the bag before we left the restaurant.

Best Jack’s in the area. Fast and friendly service. Staff is professional and caring and always eager to provide a refill when needed. Food is hot and always prepared as ordered. Great dining experience.

Arrived at Jacks around 10:40 ordered 8pc wings and fries . The cashier said they just started cooking my wings, so of course I had to wait . 20 minutes later someone brought me my food and it was not even hot. It was warm and my fries were not fresh they had to be room temperature. Just damn sad. Tried to call to speak with management and know one answered the phone.

I always have a wonderful experience at Jack’s on 280 Smiths Station. They give a military discount to veterans. I had a wonderful server today, so patient and professional as I was trying to make us my mind about the menu. Stephanie was fantastic. She explained that they were on central time, so lunch hadn’t started yet but, they had chicken and French fries. I bought the chicken and fries. The meal was great.
