First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Quick and easy lunch at first watch. We were greeted by a friendly young man, held the door open, and cleaned off the table for us. Great attention to detail he has. I love the outdoor seating option especially on a beautiful sunny day. A lot of great options and new menu items. I like sticking with my usual biscuits and gravy, along with the turkey sandwich. The tomato soup was tasty and hearty.

I had brunch at First Watch, and overall, it was a solid and consistent experience.
The service was good, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. Everything ran smoothly, which I always appreciate when going out for brunch.
The food was consistent and enjoyable, though the portion sizes could be a bit larger for the price point. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not especially memorable or generous.
All in all, it was okay. Reliable, comfortable, and decent, but not a standout. A good option when you want a dependable brunch spot with friendly service.

We recently visited First Watch and unfortunately our experience was about a 4/10. The food itself was mid-tier breakfast — not terrible, but nothing memorable either. That wasn’t really the main issue for us though.
The bigger concern was the service. Our server, Paola, was polite but overall just okay. When describing the meals, she mentioned that my daughter’s oatmeal came with a muffin but didn’t specify what kind or mention any options. It ended up being blueberry, and my daughter is allergic to blueberry. Thankfully we caught it in time, but that kind of detail is really important, especially when it comes to potential allergens.
Additionally, Naomi brought our food to the table, and the delivery felt rushed and a bit rude. The plates were placed down without much care, and she repeatedly called out a dish name even after my daughter had already raised her hand to indicate it was hers. It just felt like there was a lack of attentiveness and basic awareness.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the small service issues added up and made it disappointing. Hopefully this can be used as a training opportunity because with better attention to detail and guest interaction, the experience could have been much better.

Restaurant Experience Review
I decided to enjoy a healthy breakfast at First Watch today. Upon entering, I was greeted by two polite and engaging staff members who quickly found me a table in the reasonably busy restaurant at 9 in the morning.
For my meal, I chose the Avocado Toast served on thick whole grain artisan bread, paired with scrambled eggs. I followed this with a delicious Blueberry Lemon Cornbread. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal with generous potions which will keep me energized for most of the day and will definitely be returning in the near future!
The staff-to-customer ratio was perfect; they were attentive without being overbearing. Additionally, the men’s restroom was clean and well-maintained, and parking was not an issue at all.
Overall, it was a great experience and at a well-managed establishment!
