Haven’t been to this location much, but after paying for my meal (on a Monday at 8:02:55 PM) and filling up my drink cup, when attempting to sit down to eat, I was informed the lobby was closed. Wouldn’t have bought a drink if I knew I had to go home to eat. I stopped going to the other two locations close to me (S. Alex Rd. & the one in front of the Dayton Mall Lowe’s) due to their ownership (IYKYK), so I had intended to start supporting this location. I could understand a 9:00 or 9:30PM lobby closing, but not two hours before they shut down at 10PM. FYI: 7:30PM lobby closing on the weekends…..

Never order pickup this is the 4th time in a row they have given me cold subs despite asking and saying multiple times on the order for it to be heated up and not once EVER have I ordered cookies and gotten them correct you order 6 cookies, they give you anything but what you want, also they never give you sauces if you order, all in all terrible chain with terrible workers that don’t do their job no matter how many chances, never order here. Oh yeah and you can’t even call or complain! They don’t got a working phone.

Wow. Empty I went in said hello asked if coupon on app was good at this location. “You have to order on web” was response by lady behind counter. That threw me off so 2 people walked in I let them ahead of me so I could decide what I wanted. I felt older woman was rude and didn’t want to be there. She appeared to have attitude so I walked out! Why couldn’t she offer something in the store that was good and maybe chat a few words without appearing to be bothered customers were in the store. Will not return to this establishment

Server’s attitude was terrible. I am 5’2 with a tiny voice and 67 y /o.. I can barely see over the counter. I mixed up my order, and while trying to straighten that order the server actually turned to the others and made a face like can you believe this. I have had issues with her before. I doubt I’ll ever go back.

Orderd the all Pro chicken sub, no sweet onion teriyaki sauce on it, instead they put some kind of Ranch dressing or something similar on it. I tried to call but they never picked up the phone, tired and tried to call but no answer. How do you mess up something so bad, I will never eat here again. Ridiculous money wasted on garbage.

The staff at this location are the BEST!! Work up the street so we do lunch here often, I live in Kettering area around 3 other Subways but I come to Miamisburg store because I know customer service and food will be great!! Keep it up, ladies!!

The employees in this store are rude and racist. I ordered a few sliders, next thing I know the manager is shouting at me to F off. Calls 911 because I refused to leave right away, then starts F’ing at me again. His young employees start telling me that I’m being rude after I asked one of them why the guy is shouting. Clearly he has anger issues and doesn’t like British people. Very sad !

First time at this Subway. They were very busy, but, the two young women made sandwiches and salads so fast the wait was short! Their sandwiches were excellent! In some Subways the quality is not the best – these were very good! I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this store. (Miamisburg)
