I’m not local. I live in Georgia, but wanted to surprise someone for his birthday and so I put in an Uber Eats order from this store to be delivered to his job. I called the store ahead of time and spoke with Jen and asked her if they could just put “Happy Birthday” somewhere on the box and she said she would make sure the store knew to do that for the delivery the next day. I called the store the morning of just to make sure they didn’t forget and the girl who answered told me that Jen had actually decorated the box herself. I was so grateful for their help and for going above and beyond just to make this extra special. Thank you to Jen and the team for your special touch! He loved it!

Typically, I don’t go to Dunkin because I make my own coffee but I made an exception today. And boy, I am glad that I did. The staff here is INCREDIBLE. I decided that I’m gonna be making more trips to this location based on the people who work here, alone. To love your job is one thing, But to love people is another. The staff at this Sunbury location exemplifies both.

Went there twice i order white chocolate drink it tasted of coffee no white chocolate. Went back with my daughter and her friend my daughter ordered green tea it tasted like mud . Her friends drink tasted as if there was pure strong coffee it was to be flavor.Mine wasn’t what I ordered. So if you decide to go to Dunkin check your drinks before you leave. And I also ordered the beagle bites and they was cold and not done. Won’t go back again. Oh and on a plus they do have polite respectful employees.

Absolutely terrible service! This was my first visit to this location since they opened and It may be my last. I arrived at 6:54pm, honestly thinking that they closed at 8:00 pm. I went through the drive through and the boy over the speaker told me that I was not allowed to order anything because they were getting ready to close at seven o’clock. No food and no drinks. I was only allowed to purchase doughnuts, that had been left over from the day. The only thing I wanted to order was avocado toast – I couldn’t even get that. Apparently they are more concerned about making sure they close right at seven o’clock and going home than taking care of customers! If they aren’t going to serve customers before closing , then they might as well just close early!

I love Dunkin and I hate to be critical of this place since it’s a new location. However, this place is being run by teenagers that have no idea what they’re doing. It will be a little while before I go back.

Update 3… 4+weeks and still no refund.. I have eaten there a few more times and didn’t have messed up orders and the store looked cleaner, I think they are getting it figured out and I moved my review up.
While I am furious about my app order and not getting refund, this is an issue with their parent company…FYI… If you are bored look up Dunkin on the bbb… Shocked me a to see a brand this size rated F and if you read through the reviews they are all app issues ..
Update 2… still don’t have a refund after two weeks. Their contact is working again in app, but nobody has gotten back with me, so two weeks trying to get an app refund. at this point I have sent an email did two call me backs with customer service, and used the app contact us function… still don’t have refund, the never respond… Kind of insane.
If you use the app and they don’t have something, don’t accept “contact customer service for a refund” it is a nigtmare… I’m out $16 and have wasted to much time.
Glad you are here, now figure out how to manage it.

Lastly, I ordered donut holes on app. When I got to the store I was told you didn’t have any…odd… Donut is in the name of you business, imagine Burger King being out of burgers….
Was not offered normal donuts as a substitute, instead I had to buy them and I was told to contact customer service for refund. Well, three days later and three attempts on hold for 1+ hours and still don’t have my money back. Select receive a callback … you never get one… Try to chat in app … it’s down for maintenance… Try to call the store … you don’t have a number listed yet…
I’m hoping you figure it out, glad you are now in town, but I hope this isn’t going to be your normal business model. I will update this once I finally get a refund, your store is clean and you stop messing up my orders… I have no hope of you fixing the spider donut, I just won’t order that anymore to avoid the confusion and disappointment from my child, we did have a good laugh at it though.
Figure it out, I am rooting for you.

My drink was 3/4 of the way full when served to me not mixed and I know they didn’t put enough caramel in it. For a $5 hot machiato. should be done to peefection duncan, in Ohio is absolutely falling apart.
