The first two pictures show the pizza I originally received, and the third picture is the corrected pizza after I called and complained.
When I got home, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The pizza was cut at strange angles, making it look like slices were taken out — possibly to eat. This was supposed to be a large pizza, but it looked like someone helped themselves.
After discussing it with my family, I decided to call and ask for a replacement. I explained the situation politely, but the operator accused me of lying and insisted their employees “don’t have time to be messing with the food like that.” Instead of offering good customer service, they made me feel like I was at fault.
Eventually, they remade the pizza, but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. A simple mistake could have been corrected without the accusations and attitude. I won’t be ordering here again.

Idk who runs the company anymore. Its sad as hell how bad its become. Does anyone care to update ingredients? Maybe stop focusing on pizza and put more work into the sandwiches, salads and chicken? Shrink your pizza menu.. get better chicken wings and create better sandwiches. Its like we’ve all been attending the longest funeral.

Ordered the family feast and my food was undercooked. Cheese wasn’t even melted. The cinnamon sticks were not edible at all. The food was cold and this was all after waiting 45 minutes for the food. My dog wouldn’t even eat it.

Only one star because Internet has it listed as place for buffet. But it is for delivery only it seems,there at 12 for lunch look in no pizzas out for buffet an no pizza at all anywhere I look. B.S need to update Internet to say delivery only or start putting out pizza for lunch like internet says. Made drive for nothing got no lunch

Junk food!… Good Pizza but Old Old Pasta!!

I spent 66 on a calizone, pizza, and wings and it took them over a hour to give us our food and when we got our food the lady dropping it off was rude, and also lied saying that she tried to drop our food 3 times when they didn’t I probably wont be ordering here again its sad they just need some new workers.

I ordered a large taco pizza without sausage and when I got it home I realized it had sausage on it. This was the Mazzios with the address 1506 South Sheridan in Tulsa. I retuned to Mazzios to get the same lady that said there was not any sausage on the taco pizza. She took my receipt and the pizza and came back with a “Taco Pizza”. I reassured the lady that this was a taco pizza without sausage and she said yes. As soon as I arrived back home a second time, I opened up my pizza to see a large cheese pizza with marinara pizza sauce and a mask of lettuce, some tomatoes, black olives, and a little tortilla chips. No refried beans was on there. I just have to let it be known that it appeared to be a legit taco pizza with the parchment paper and taco sauce on top of the parchment paper. Whenever I went to take a slice from the taco pizza without sausage, as I lifted up the pizza all the toppings fell off to reveal the large cheese pizza. They were really trying to play like they made the taco pizza without sausage really fast. I have not ever experienced this before. Be careful ordering from the Mazzios with the address 1506 South Sheridan, you may end up with a large cheese pizza with taco pizza toppings. (In the picture attached you can clearly see no refried beans and a cheese pizza with the taco pizza toppings on it.)
